Luxurious home secluded location with rural views

The Lodge is a newly renovated property. It is completely self contained with its own screened patio area. The living space is open plan with a large kitchen, table and chairs, two sofas and a satellite TV. The bedroom downstairs can be made as a kingsize bed or two singles depending on requirements. This bedroom has an en-suite shower room. Upstairs there is a kingsize bedroom with a Velux window and a luxurious bathroom with a beautiful round window. The Lodge is a 5 min drive to the beach.

Gooseland Cottage sits on the edge of the River Tavy, close to the village of Bere Ferrers, in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and close to Dartmoor National Park. Tides allowing, enjoy sailing, paddling, or swimming - within yards of your door. Or just soak up the view and read by the woodburner. A bird watching haven - egrets, swans, geese, avocets, osprey, European roller (2023) and this year ... a sea eagle! Masses of walking trails and cycling.

These cozy Coastguard Cottages have a rich history. Built in 1820 by Customs Excise to keep an eye on smuggling that was rife 200 years ago in Cawsand and Kingsand. The cottage boasts a log burner and sunset facing balcony with fantastic views of the sea and the City of Plymouth. The interior is quirky and cosy, with lots of unique features such as a vaulted bedroom ceiling. The cottage is petite, set over 3 floors and built in the 18th century. We follow Airbnb enhanced cleaning. All high touch areas are cleaned and sanitised. We take pride in our cleanliness and provide extra cleaning supplies for guests during their stay.
