This place was nothing short of amazing. The photos did not do it justice, as soon as we opened the door we were impressed. The room was immaculate, the bed and linen was great quality and the room smelt amazing. We enjoyed a wine tasting where we were easily able to walk back to our room, there was also a picnic basket that we took out and enjoyed some wine while still being at the vineyard. I would stay here again and certainly would recommend it to anyone who is looking to enjoy a peaceful environment.

A sweet little space between the front and back beaches with a great record collection and an excellent outdoor shower. This is my second stay and I loved it. It's a little cosy place to retreat, perfect for two. I didn't worry about the outdoor bath this time as the first stay I realised there wasn't enough hot water to fill it so I stuck to the outdoor shower, which I love. The one thing missing is a low lamp for the living room to add the perfect mood to the fabulous records and a lush evening on the sofa. Looking forward to another stay sometime.

Louisa and Jim’s pod was a joy to stay in—spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with all the creature comforts. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and communication was seamless. Just a short walk to the beach, and they were warm and welcoming throughout. Thank you for having me!

We stayed two nights at the Gate House Cottage. It was perfect! The cottage was very clean and had beautiful furnishings and decor. The architecture and stain glass windows were gorgeous. I am a fussy person and I couldn’t fault it. Quiet. Super comfy bed. All the little extra touches and yum breakfast supplies. Everything we needed for our stay. We have stayed at the Island many times and this was our first st Rhyll. We will definitely be back to stay again.

We were looking for an amazing place to stay for our weekend trip and found it completely exceeded our expectations. The cottage comes with everything you need for a great getaway, from the fabulous beach only a short walk or the yummy cafe just down the road along with everything inside even some beautiful bread and jams. The bed was really warm and comfortable even coming with electric blankets if you needed some added warmth. We had the best two nights sleep we had in ages. Don’t miss a chance to stay at this great hideaway.

We had a lovely stay here. It was a very brief stay and we didn’t get to enjoy the facilities as we checked out the very next morning, but it was a very comfortable place to rest our heads after seeing the penguins the night before. Thank you Park Lane!

Our little family of 3 had a great stay in the cabin. It was clean, had everything you would need and comfy bedding. The site is close to the town centre yet very quiet with a great view and easy access to the lake. David is a friendly, responsive and flexible host as well, so we'd recommend this stay to anyone :)

Sandi’s place is perfect described accurately. It’s on a working farm so be ready for the noises, the bugs ,lots of comings and going’s , visiting dogs which my dog loved!!! And me too. A peaceful relaxing break away I had the best time, reminded me of my childhood staying on my uncles farm . 20 minutes from anywhere on the Bellarine . Thanks so much for letting Dave and I stay we loved every minute.

Our stay was brief but pleasant would definitely return. Nice surroundings and friendly staff highly recommend.

Really clean and cosy place. We loved it. Check-in was smooth and the surrounding areas were beautiful.

Everything was good. Tv needs fixing, and I wished we had microwave. Just a little things. Rest was good
