The apartment is very spacious and can comfortably host five adults. Each bedroom has a double bed, closet and a working desk with a wireless charging lamp. Extendable corner set sofa in the living room is suitable for 1-2 persons, while the central dining table is extendable for six. Our guests can easily relax in the apartment as it offers three smart LED TVs, air-conditioning, underfloor heating, Wi-Fi, fully functional kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle, coffee machine, and an extensive selection of kitchen utensils. Spacious terrace is perfect for relaxation on four loungers, for having early breakfast or a romantic dinner while enjoying the sea view, and the scent of the sea, pine and cypress trees. Located on Lapad peninsula, in a quiet part of Dubrovnik, dining recommendations include a fish restaurant, also called Orsan, in front of the apartment. The apartment is approximately 200 m away from the bus stop from which the bus number 6 will take you to the Old Town. There is a public parking space in front of the apartment, which is partly free of charge. Beaches, walking trails and parks are all close, together with shops, cafes and bars. Local market is very close where you can find delicious groceries for your meal.

Down the street Od sigurate there is a monastery within there is one of the oldest small churches which dates back to 11th century (40 meters from the apartment). Relax in this beautiful 1913 loft! The house was lovingly built with stone, beamed ceilings, and antique elements for a grand yet charming feel. Unobstructed view of old town and endless Adriatic sea are at your fingertips. The house is situated on Ploce Gate, one of the Old Town's two main entrances. Despite the fact that we are in the heart of the city, the place feels tranquil and remote.
