Perfect spot for a family getaway, highly recommended!

We had a great stay! Mr. Harjit was very kind and accommodating, even allowing us to check in earlier than scheduled, which we really appreciated. The place was comfortable and had everything we needed. Just a heads-up for those renting a car, parking isn't included and costs P250 per day. Overall, a good experience and would recommend!

Our family enjoyed our stay in Sir Luigi's house! We had our deserved rest after long hours of travel. We are so glad that we were able to cook our meals and move around like it was our own house. Sir Luigi is very responsive and helpful! We'll surely book again on our next seminar!

Zoals ik zei ; de directe omgeving is niet geweldig . Daar kan Josiah niks aan doen. Er veel afval rond het gebouw maar dat is een probleem waar heel Dumaguete mee kampt. Er wordt op andere sites gesproken van 50 meter van het "strand". Het ligt aan zee inderdaad wat een grote plus is qua frisse lucht maar het strand moet nog worden aangelegd. Als dat gebeurt heeft het gebied een grote toekomst . Ik ken de situatie want heb er eerder jaren gewoond . Verder natuurlijk de af en toe "brownouts" : wegens onderhoud kan dat zelfs een hele dag zijn . Al met al kan ik stellen ( ik ken de meeste hotels in Duma) dat verblijf in een appartement ( met restos echt vlakbij) een véél betere keus is dan een hotel. Josiah heeft de boel keurig voorelkaar en als wij weer gaan ( familie bezoek) dan zal het daar zijn .

Terri's place was a great place in a pinch! I had a last minute booking, Terri had availability and that made my first stay in Dumagete a good one! Her place is located next to a professional massage spa; a short walk from food vendors with vegetables, fruits and your cooking needs. Also a short ride from the port/airport and downtown Dumagete. There you can enjoy the bay front, restaurants and other local entertainment. The condo also offers a rooftop that is great to have you morning coffee as you watch the sun rise and enjoy the view of the mountains 🏔️. Beth was very responsive to any needs/concerns and was a joy. Thanks for a great 1st stay in Dumagete!!!

Super place to stay as she is Great host as she made it outstanding and was just what i needed in starting my permanent stay as much better then any hotel as it may require transportation or pedicab but so close to everything whether the Dumaguete, or Bacong and even Valencia while being nestled in area filled with markets, places to eat etc. Great way to have western amenities of air con., hot shower, kitchen with pretty much all you need and be nestled in nature as pictures show everything as even as a disabled guy i was able to navigate well plus the security was fabulous with gate and locks. Highly recommend whether single, cpl. or small family.

Thank you Reynald for a great 3 week stay in Duma. The condo was very nice and clean. Great views of the pool and ocean from the bedroom too.

The owner was incredibly responsive and attentive, making the check-in process a breeze and ensuring that I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It was reassuring to know that any questions I had would be promptly addressed. The kitchen was a standout feature, fully equipped and spotless, allowing me to whip up meals with ease. It had all the essentials and more, making it a joy to cook in. The bathroom, oh my! It was superbly clean and stocked with all the necessary accessories, including plush towels, tissues, and high-quality shampoo and conditioner. It truly felt like a luxury spa experienced! 💯

Second time going there it’s a home away from home. I travel all the way from Canada and it feels homely all the time l come here .
