Studiois in private home, often my guests extended. Quiet, safe area, cul de sac street, security system, free parking, furnished, small kitchen with little stove, microwave, fridge, everything that busy individual might need. Bedroom, living room, kitchen, big full bathroom, linen, and towels could be provided. The pool is in the community. Central air, laundry, Wi-Fi, utilities included. Long-term preferred. Please note, it is on a third floor, so, have to be able to handle stairs.

This studio style space is great for short or long term stays with the option of sleeping up to 4 people.

Come stay in our private suite on the lower level of our home! We have a great location only 9 minutes drive to UNC and easy access to I-40 gets you to RDU and the airport easily. We provide high speed internet with ethernet hookup and mesh wifi with a dedicated workstation. Large flatscreen TV includes at least 3 streaming services and our personal digital movie library through Apple TV app. Fully stocked Keurig station with coffee, tea and the morning basics!
