You will be in walking distance to downtown, the Wednesday Farmer's Market, Salve, Cliff Walk, Mansions, Easton's Beach, a grocery store, coffee shops, and a pharmacy. We are an owner-occupied multi-generational Newporter (+ 1 dog from Tennessee) home. LGBTQ+ friendly. We know the vegan spots if you need them. All are welcome!

Our property is centrally located from all beaches in South County Rhode Island. Walking distance to shopping and groceries also a playground if you have children. Enjoy this beautiful home that we poured our heart and soul into ourselves. There are custom countertops along with the soft touches to make you feel at home. The bathroom is extremely spacious. There is a wide open living/dining area . One queen Bedroom with lots of space. A twin bedroom that extends into a king bed.

Cute Little House in Town

Cute little guesthouse perfect for two people, but could also work for three with advance notice. There is a queen bed upstairs, and a couch downstairs, there are two fold out cots available upon request. The deck overlooks the huge backyard. The television has a Roku boxes so you can watch Netflix, Amazon Videos, etc. I have a friendly dog named Barney who is often outside on the property.

URI, General Dynamics (EB), Newport

URI is 6 miles away, visit your student. Newport and beaches 15 min drive. RISD, JWU, Brown and Providence 25 minutes. football games. Jazz and Folk Festival. Fall in Newport without the crowds! Newport Mansions, cliff walk. Outside shower will be open Memorial Day weekend. ** Please note the studio is a PRIVATE space.
