Large city centre apartment with secure parking

My place is close to all the public transport, the city centre, art and culture, right next to the new cinema and restaurant quarter of Town and a short walk to the Mayflower theatre. You’ll love my place because of the neighbourhood, its in the heart of Southampton City Centre and close to lots of the main attractions! My apartment is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers and families. This apartment also benefits from secure parking, Wireless internet and a communal garden.

Modern, fully equipped one bedroom annexe with bathroom,kitchen and lounge area. TV in the bedroom and lounge. Use of garden space weather permitting. Close to the M27 and Bursledon train station is 5 minutes drive away. Approx 5 miles from Southampton City centre and about 10 minutes from Hamble. Motorway access to South coast cities such as Bournemouth, Portsmouth and shopping in West Quay Southampton ,Gunwharf Quays in Portsmouth. Also 20 mins away from Southampton docks for cruise ships

Exceptional room and study area.

This is the majority of a furnished annexe (no kitchen) located in Burridge , which is half-way between Portsmouth and Southampton. About a mile away from both Swanwick Marina and Park Gate village, Swanwick train station is 15 minute walk. With it's own entrance comprising of main bedroom/sitting area, separate study area and separate shower room. There is space to park a car off the road. A convenient base to visit Winchester, Portsmouth, Southampton and The New Forest. Self check in.

This place is ideal for anyone who would like to stay close to Southampton City Centre. The flat is divided into two floors, with a kitchen and a living room downstairs and a bathroom and bedroom upstairs. Parking space available for one car as well as quiet area makes it ideal for a visit in Southampton. Situated 15 minutes walk from City Centre, Solent University, Royal South Hants Hospital and Common Park. Multiple shops, food places and a petrol station within walking distance.

The Annexe at Longacre, near Winchester

The Annexe is a bright and airy self contained house separate from our home. The accomodation is over two floors with wonderful views out to the Hampshire countryside. We are on a quiet private country road 2 miles from the vibrant city of Winchester, 6 miles from Southampton Airport and 3 miles from IBM Hursley. The Nook is a completely self contained annex to an 18th century cottage in a beautiful semi rural location in Warsash, Hampshire. Surrounded by nature reserves, a fantastic location for coastal walks, and cycling, located directly on a sustrans cycle network. Fully fitted kitchen, lounge, bathroom and two bedrooms, a double and the second bedroom can be made up as two singles or another double. Private outside seating area.
