Winchester is also accessible by foot ( 45 mins) or a short 5 minute train or bus away. London is an hour by train and other local attractions include Marwell Zoo, Peppa Pig World, South Coast, Portsmouth and New Forest.

The L'il Cat House

On the site of what was the Ritz Carlton of catteries in The New Forest we have created a luxury cabin for you to curl up in front of the log burner and to use a base for exploring this beautiful part of the world. The L'il Cat House is a 20 minute drive from the beautiful beach of Lepe, that faces The Isle Of Wight; 5 minutes from Peppa Pig World (Paultons Park). In the grounds behind the owners’ house, the cabin is secluded & discreet, but with your friendly hosts close at hand if needed.

The Annexe - Unique and Tranquil Getaway.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway, complete with its own private tennis court, should you wish to use it. In addition there is also a very large garden area to the front of the Annexe for you to enjoy. A private secure gated entrance with plenty of parking space is also provided. Two electric remote control Vellux windows complete with blinds also provide plenty of fresh air and light into your new home. A private patio area with seating and gas BBQ is also provided. Right in the middle of Jane Austen country, this famous chocolate box 16th Century Grade II listed cottage, the oldest house in the village, is chocca-block full of history. It was home to the Archbishop of Canterbury, Queen Victoria's right-hand man, who not only christened and crowned the Queen but then went on to marry her Prince Albert.
