If you'd prefer to relax on the property, cozy up by the backyard fire pit, play outdoor games, or lounge in the sun with a good book. This light and airy studio apartment is located above our garage with a separate entrance. It features a queen size bed with a pull out full/double size couch. Coffee or tea with fresh muffins, eggs, yogurt are provided upon your arrival. Take advantage of the hotplate, bar fridge, and countertop oven. Visit downtown Guelph or go on hike in the surrounding areas. The hot tub and fire pit are available. Our pool is for family use only. You may hear some traffic and the clucking of our chickens

On site parking, private entrance, self check-in to this lovely spacious basement apartment. Situated nicely between Franchetto Park, the popular Ward neighborhood and prestigious St. George's Park. Just 3km to the university and walking distance (1.5 km) to the shops and restaurants of downtown Guelph. Grocery, variety store, bus stops all close. Open concept kitchen, dining area and living room with TV. Sleep well in the comfortable queen size bed. Hosts live upstairs with their friendly dog.
