Our apartment is beach front. With just a quick walk downstairs, you are on the sand or relaxing by the pool. The condo is across the street from a dollar general grocery store and a great breakfast spot, and a quick car ride or bus ride from New Smyrna's very cute downtown. You’ll love the condo's ambiance, the views, and the location. It's is good for small groups of friends, couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Studio Apt. on the Ocean -best location

Unit 4 is a private studio unit with a queen size bed and a small futon couch. This unit is on the 2nd floor of our small ocean front apartment building. Can sleep 2-3. We recommend only 2 adults in this unit or 2 adults 1 children. The sofa bed is on the smaller size and recommended for a child or small adult only. Just a short walk to Flagler St restaurants and shopping.
