Not overlooked, the property is fenced for your privacy and security. Motorbikes can be parked inside, but the 100m dirt road access is too narrow for cars.

Located in the heart of El Nido on a quiet and peaceful street, this 15-year-old house has been restored to offer the perfect blend of authentic Filipino charm and modern comfort. It is ideal for families or groups of up to 8 people. El Nido Beach is just a 5 minutes walk away, and nearby you’ll find shops, scooter rental companies, restaurants, and bars, all within the same 5 minutes radius. The main street is also just a short walk away. All this ensures a successful and enjoyable stay.

Terra Nova ElNido - Sunrise Villa

SUNRISE VILLA features 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. Each bedroom is furnished with one large bed and one single bed, providing a cozy and flexible sleeping arrangement for both adults and children. Please note: The base rate does not include our essential service package, which is highly recommended due to our remote, nature-surrounded location, approximately one hour by boat from El Nido.
