Ferienunterkünfte mit Strandzugang in El Palmar, Pobles del Sud

Super Aufenthalt, super Lage, alles eigentlich wie beschrieben. Ruben als Gastgeber sowie seine Wohnung kann ich gerne weiterempfehlen. Die direkte Strandlage ist super praktisch, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar, sodass man Vorort eigentlich kein Auto benötigt. Einen Tiefgaragenplatz (die Einfahrt ist etwas eng, aber dies war auch in der Beschreibung bereits vorab kommuniziert bzw. bekannt) gibt es auch und ist in der Hochsaison sicherlicher sehr nützlich. Fantástica casa, actual, con todas las comodidades (con todo lo necesario y más), muy luminosa y super limpia. Estupendas vistas desde la maravillosa terraza donde puedes comer, disfrutar y relajarte mirando al mar. Segunda linea de playa pero zona súper tranquila y con todos los servicios al lado (supermercado, restaurantes, etc.). Aparcamiento en la puerta. Y no menos importante, trato super especial por parte de Merche, la propietaria, pendiente y en contacto en todo momento con los huéspedes, que agradecemos sus buenas recomendaciones y preocupación por hacernos la estancia más agradable. Sin duda, la mejor elección para tus vacaciones en Cullera.

Todo genial, tanto el piso como la ubicación, con aparcamiento gratuito a escasos metros.

Ambrosio's apartment is very nice. A few hundred meters from Patacona beach. 25-30 minutes by bike (or bus) to the center of Valencia. Flat has a balcony where you can eat and drink with 4 at the table. The balcony on the 2nd floor is on a large square where children play and a nice football field next to it. Only a side note about the pool at the apartment; they want peace and quiet - no running, jumping, no balls, chairs and attributes allowed, so unsuitable for our children. Fortunately, the sea is close by. Antonio responds quickly and is very helpful. A nice base near the sea and beach to explore Valencia!

El apartamento es chiquitito pero más que suficiente para mí pareja y yo, incluso se podría alojar alguien más, ya que tiene sofá cama. La terraza es bastante grande por lo que en verano se tiene que estar genial y estás al lado de la playa. Tanto Encarnación como su hermana fueron encantadoras y nos dejaron naranjas como detalle, que estaban buenísimas. Repetiremos seguro pero está vez en verano con mejor tiempo.

Everything about our stay was perfect. The apartment is fully equipped with absolutely anything a family could need during their stay, very clean and the location is just perfect. Aitor is a great host, very responsive and helpful, offers very precise and clear instructions and in our case, he even helped us with an early check-in. Highly recommend him!

Pasamos 5 días muy bien , zona tranquila , a pie de playa , todo como se describe en el anuncio ... Beatriz muy pendiente , nos resolvió las pocas dudas que nos surgieron . Repetiremos seguro !!!

We had a very good time in the airbnb:) Rocío did a great job with the apartment, and the back terrace is amazing — perfect for sunbathing! The beach is just a 5-minute walk from the apartment, so the location is excellent.

The place is great for your visit to Valencia. Walkable everywhere, and if you are not in the mood, there are buses&taxis right around the corner. Place is clean, comfortable, and Paloma the host is absolutely fantastic, great communication and all her recommendations were fantastic. Would definitely come back!

No solo coincide al 100% la descripción, además la estancia ha sido muy buena. Fernando muy atento, nos ha recomendado donde comer, como movernos por allí, todo lo que necesitaramos. Sin duda lo recomendamos. .

Chez Rosana on se sent bien ! Tout était parfait pour nos vacances en famille. L’appartement est beau, la cuisine moderne il y a de l’espace comme sur la grande terrasse avec le petit plus ! Le podium avec vue sur la mer (idéal pour le café du matin ou les quelques bières à l’apéro). Une porte nous sépare de la plage c’est génial ! Il y a une atmosphère très chill & surf. Les commerces et restos sont à quelques minutes à pieds de la maison easy A refaire sans hésiter

Notre séjour chez José Roman s est très bien passé. L appartement est très beau, propre, très bien équipé et frais (parfait pour les grosses chaleurs!!) José Roman est très accueillant et fort de propositions et de petites attentions. L appartement est bien situé à proximité de la place et a 10mn du centre en vélo (les pistes cyclables sont géniales!!! Il y a un loueur de vélo à 2mn). Le seul bémol c est que les murs sont fins et les voisins étaient malheureusement très bruyants tard le soir et tôt le matin (déplacement de meubles, portes qui claquent et même visseuse à 23h) mais c était sans doute inhabituel car les autres commentaires ne l avaient pas mentionnés)

Eugénia est très accueillante, il nous a permis d'accéder au logement avant l'heure du check in. l'appartement est très bien équipé et joliment décoré et le quartier est paisible avec plein de bon restaurant et la plage tout est accessible à pieds. place de stationnement gratuite dans la rue où les petites rue avoisinantes. séjour très agréable. merci pour tout

Nice place, near the Marina, perfect for all 8 persons each pair in his room with private bathroom. Highly recommended.

Segundo año en el apartamento de Claudio y encantados!!! Todo lo encontramos igual o mejor, muy buena zona, piscina insuperable, playa cerca y apartamento limpio y con todo lo necesario y con Mady como siempre súper servicial y un encanto, nos seguiremos viendo!!

We verbleven hier 4 nachten. Het appartement was comfortabel en Angel was een proactieve en behulpzame host. Heel dicht bij het strand en met bus of fiets niet ver van het centrum

Our stay in Valencia was absolutely perfect! Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Our host was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and very knowledgeable. He was always available, extremely helpful, and gave us lots of great recommendations on what to see and do in Valencia. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and had a beautiful view. We felt very comfortable and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the city!

El apartamento es tal cual se ve en las fotos. Todo estaba muy limpio. Nos recibió el padre de Roberto y fue muy amable ayudándonos a subir las cosas.

Wir haben ein paar schöne Tage in der Wohnung von Gianina verbracht. Sie ist eine sehr freundliche und entgegenkommende Gastgeberin. Das Appartement hat eine tolle Ausstattung, unglaubliche Aussicht. Die Betten waren bequem. Wenn ich etwas bemängelt würde, wäre es die Isolierung der Wohnung. Man hört schon viel im Haus und auch von draußen. Restaurant unterhalb der Wohnung. Trotzdem hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt. Danke ;-)

Muy bien todo, el apartamento era tal y como esperábamos, vistas espectaculares y muy buena localización para bajar a la playa!

We had a wonderful stay at Massimo and Vittorio's apartment. The pool was great for the kids, there are nearby playgrounds as well, and it's a short walk to La Patacona beach, which is very nice and not overly crowded even during peak season. There are several restaurants along the beach and most of those we tried were very good. Vittorio was flexible for our check-in and met us to bring us inside, show us around, and explain how the A/C, Wi-Fi, and appliances worked, as well as answer our questions about the community pool rules, and where to dispose of trash. The location is a little far from the city center and train station, which are about 45-55 minute bus rides away, but that is understandable given the near beachfront location. We were still able to visit the aquarium and city center with our kids easily. We loved Valencia and would definitely consider returning to Massimo and Vittorio's place!

We have just had a wonderful few days in this beautiful apartment. It was better than we expected , absolutely spotless and very comfortable. The beach was amazing and local restaurant very good and only two mins walk . Thank you for all the information it was extremely helpful . We would highly recommend. Thank you .
