The Conductor's Cottage, escape to Waterval Onder

The Conductors' Cottage is a converted railway house that offers beautifully furnished accommodation for up to six guests. Set in the grounds of the main farmhouse, there are three cottages in total. The Conductor's Cottage has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, lounge & outside deck area to enjoy. There are views of the hills of Mpumalanga Province as you sit on the verandah. We are a working farm with resident sheep, geese & pigs. We also have four boxer dogs that are part of the family

Two hours from Johannesburg, and one and a half hours from Pretoria, High in the Mpumalanga Mountains. Hackle is quietly situated on a mountain estate that is home to many wild birds and animals. It boasts 4 trout fishing dams. There's a SPA at the hotel. Putt Putt, swimming pool, tennis court, and many more fun things to do. We have about 12 Kms of farm roads before you enter through the big Kloppenheim Hotel estate, which is where we are situated. We have an inverter for load shedding.

Holingsberg River Fly Fishing Cottage

Holingsberg River Cottage is an exclusive Self Catering River Fly Fishing destination for the serious Fly Fisher The chalet is upmarket and private, and situated on a working farm yard. The kids are welcome to interact and learn about the farm animals. The fly fisher has 1.5km of river front, and a fishing pond around 1km away. Enjoy the splendid view from the patio while preparing dinner, relaxing around a fire, and discuss the catch or trail ride of the day. The cottage has solar back-up.

Luxurious lodge in a private valley - Forest Lodge

Bakoni Forest Lodge is set amongst several of Heybrook’s numerous circular ruins . The lodge nestles on the banks of the Paschner stream, itself enveloped in indigenous riverine forest. The open plan lodge opens out entirely to the expansive outdoor areas & occupies some 270 m². Close by, but importantly separated, deep under the forest canopy, is a well-equipped boma area. Luxury timber cabin situated in the forest in Dullstroom, Mpumalanga. The house has large widows providing a 360 view of the surrounding forests, giving guests a calm and relaxed atmosphere. Walking distance from restaurants, shops, hiking, flyfishing, and mountain biking trails. 1 bedroom with a double bed with a futon bed in the study that can accommodate an extra 2 guests.
