Excellent host and the backyard is very nice for outdoor meals. The walk to the beach is no more than 10 minutes, a nice bakery on the way to the beach. The river that is right next to the property is very quiet. The train tracks are right next to the house(train runs every 10 minutes) but the host has double windows in all rooms to lower the sound tremendously. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay as the other 3 guest parties were a joy to converse with in the backyard. Two things to consider for your stay: 1.) Can you handle the train noise? every 10 minutes. 2.) Ask about bathroom size picture of the room you're renting. That backyard was worth it for me. like a mini arboretum.

A hidden gem on the Baltic coast that will make you fall in love with Latvia. The host was exceptionally helpful and friendly, making the stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this unforgettable experience!

Прекрасный домик в тихом месте Юрмалы. Очень отзывчивые и хорошие хозяева! Так совпало что когда мы заселились, то сломался бойлер и муж Галины проявил смекалку за что ему тоже огромное спасибо(можете не переживать, бойлер уже куплен). Мы остались очень довольными и наш четвероногий друг тоже! Территория ограждена, поэтому его можно без проблем было выпустить погулять. Если вы ищете тихое место и уют, то это определено лучший вариант за свои деньги.

со 2апреля по 4-е отдохнули в Царникаве, хочется поблагодарить хозяев за теплый прием, все было подготовлено для отличного отдыха с шашлыками, банькой, прекрасный ухоженный двор,c любовью подготовленные комнаты, даже в мелочах: - свежие гвоздики в комнатах, красивая посуда- все "радовало глаз". очень бы хотелось еще посетить этот гостевой дом👍👍

It was a great pleasure for my family and me to spend our Christmas holidays at Villa Gunda! The house is perfect for a large family or group, with 5 bathrooms (one in each bedroom, plus one on the ground floor) and plenty of space to cook, dine, and relax. The location is ideal, too – we didn't have a car, but it's only a 25-minute train ride to the center of Riga. We loved being in a peaceful spot near the sea while still having easy access to the city. A special thanks to Ligita, who was an exceptional host. She was always quick to respond, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Our bus from Riga was late in the evening, and she kindly allowed us to stay a bit longer, ensuring we could check out just before our departure. That gesture was much appreciated! In summary, I highly recommend Villa Gunda to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Liene qui est très réactive et accueillante. L'appartement est très spacieux, confortable, propre et bien équipé, fidèle aux photos et à la description. Proche du centre, on peut s'y rendre facilement à pied et profiter de belles promenades dans la vieille ville. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour en Lettonie. Et nous choisirons à nouveau le logement de Liene si nous revenons à Riga. Nous recommandons !

Есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания. Отзывчивый, гостеприимный хозяин. Все понравилось. P.S. Берите с собой непрозрачный скотч) В коридоре свет работает от датчика движения без возможности отключения этой функции , это может создать небольшой дискомфорт. P.P.S. При заселении в несколько человек, учтите что горячей воды в бойлере на всех может не хватить. В целом всё хорошо.

Ihanan rauhallinen ja kodikas majoitus. Auton sai helposti sisäpihalle ja kävellen pääsi vanhaan kaupunkiin ja moniin puistoihin ja ravintoloihin. Erinomainen kohde lasten kanssa.

Jauks mājoklītis, labi gulēju, patika gulta, ne par mīkstu, ne par cietu, papildus sega, pleds, pieejams arī sildītājs, nebija trokšņu no ielas, mājoklis ir vērsts uz pagalma pusi. Saimnieks padomājis arī par aptieciņu, kas ne visur ir pieejama, tuvumā ir veikals Maxima, pusdienu restorāns Delicio, bārs, protams bija iespēja pagatavot ēdienu mājoklī. Sabiedriskā transporta pietura tieši pie ēkas. Daudz TV kanālu. Radio. Garšoja kafija. Esmu apmierināta ar mājokli, labprāt atgrieztos.🙂

Excellent apartment location. Clean and comfortable.

It is a beautiful apartment at the very center of Riga. The host provides detailed instructions about checking in and out. Giving some capsules for the coffee machine would be great for the future guests.

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. Location is great. Walking distance to tram lines 1 & 11 which will take you to the city central & Old Town and Mezaparks. Also a large play ground walking distance from the apartment. Andrejs was a really nice host. Gave us tons of local tips for restaurants & activities. He even picked us up from the airport when we arrived. Apartment was also really nice, had everything a family of five might hope for. Really good experience.

The apartment was absolutely lovely, exactly as depicted if not even better. Cozy and homely, the layout and decoration were seamless. We spent a week, and found it perfectly livable. Furnishings, kitchen were great. And the little touches (coffee, beer etc) made a difference. Karlis & Sintija are excellent hosts - personable, helpful and quickly responsive. Will definitely stay again, and highly recommended.

Great and modern apartment right beside/in the old town! Easy to walk everywhere and everything worked really well with the host regarding the apartment.

Excellent location and a really beautiful apartment, looks just like the photos. Quick walk to old town. There is a park and a tennis club right next to the building, which was a plus for me. The host was very friendly and responding quickly. Apartment has a good and quite AC unit, which was very useful as the weather was surprisingly hot in Riga during that week. Overall, excellent stay!

We were two couples staying for four nights during Easter and we really enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean and was exactly like described. We think it was even a bit bigger than what it looked like in the pictures. The location is great, there are tons of restaurants around and the old town is only 20 minutes walk away. The instructions for check-in were clear and everything went really smoothly. Martin was a very nice host and responded quickly. We had a little trouble with the hairdryer and he made the effort to bring us a new one during our stay. We would recommend this place 100% and would stay here again.
