A cosy southern facing space overlooking the River Erne and the island town of Enniskillen. Set in a quiet residential area and Just 5 to 10 minutes walk to the pubs, restaurants, shops, cinema and leisure centre and Enniskillen museum. The Ardhowen Theatre and the National Trust property Castle Coole are just a 5 minute drive with The Marble Arch Caves and our famous Stairway to Heaven at Cuilcagh are also within a 15-20 minute drive. Canoe hire and Boat Hire is only a 10 minute walk away.

Highbridge House

Highbridge House is nestled in the heart of the Fermanagh Lakelands, offering a peaceful rural retreat 3 mile from Ireland’s only island town, Enniskillen. This luxurious modern house exudes a cozy, romantic ambiance, with an open-plan kitchen and living space featuring a wood-burning stove, five fabulous bedrooms, four with en-suite bathrooms. The house is situated on the edge of Lough Erne offering spectacular views, positioned in the close proximity of Cuilagh stairway to heaven boardwalk.

Our cosy hut consists of a comfortable bedroom with an enchanted view of Assaroe Lake: enjoy it on our 3 deckings! The cabin is very close to our house but secluded from it, buried in the woods. The room provides a tranquill escape from frantic life:- there’s Wi-Fi but no television , just a radio. Kitchen facilities are basic but functional. We provide the basis for a continent breakfast. Beaches and hiking trails are very close by. WE ACCEPT PETS ONLY AFTER CONSULTATION WITH THEIR OWNER

The Skewbald

The skewbald is set on an elevated site on farmland belonging to a private equestrian Property. Our vintage horse lorry has been converted into a cosy luxurious and peaceful space. It enjoys views of rural Fermanagh farmland and Cuilagh mountain. As it is on a private equestrian property it leads to the option of renting a stable and bringing your equine friend to enjoy Fermanagh on Horseback. It is a short distance from many tourist attractions, stairway to heaven, Marble Arch and others.

Tommy’s Orchard Cottage

Tommy’s Orchard Cottage is set in the heart of the Fermanagh Lakelands on the periphery of a UNESCO global geopark. It provides a tranquil rural retreat near Ireland’s only island town of Enniskillen. This luxurious modern cottage offers a cosy romantic feel with open plan kitchen living space including a wood burning stove, 3 fabulous bedrooms, 3 luxurious bathrooms & spectacular views. The cottage & orchard are situated next to a working family farm that has been in use for 100 years.

The Floating Boathouse at Carrickreagh FP250

A unique stay on Lough Erne. This fully floating house boat is finished to an exceptional standard. The accommodation is open plan with a full size double bed, and a sofa bed that converts to a double bed. A travel cot can included upon request. There is a fully functioning kitchen complete with electric hob, oven & fridge. Outside there is a Weber charcoal BBQ for guests use (fuel not included). There is a full shower room. All bedding & towels are provided.

The Annexe. Enniskillen Town House.

The Annexe is a three bedroom town house centrally located between the bridges on Enniskillen island. Whilst being ideal for families wishing to explore the Lakeland county, it is also perfectly situated to experience the town’s noted pubs and restaurants, all of which are within short walking distance. The Annexe provides a dedicated work space away from the bustle of the main house. It is on the ground floor. It has a desk and high speed broad band.
