Excelente el anfitrión siempre a disposición, el edificio es hermoso, tiene todo y bien ubicado. El depto es un monoambiente que da a la calle, medio ruidoso pero sin dudas el precio por todo lo que incluye está correcto!

Tuvimos una excelente estadía. Martu y Fran se comunicaron a menudo y nos dieron toda la información necesaria. El departamento es más lindo que en las fotos, la zona es tranquila y tiene muy buenos accesos tanto para CABA como para provincia. El edificio cuenta con seguridad las 24hs y la cochera dde la unidad tiene una muy buena ubicación para entrar y salir. Volvería sin dudas!

Lucas fue súper amigable y respondió con mucha rapidez. El alojamiento es tal cual se muestra en las fotos. Todo muy limpio y nuevo. El alojamiento se encuentra dentro de un hotel muy lindo, de muy fácil acceso. Recomiendo mucho elegir el alojamiento de Lucas!!

We had a great time at Moni's place. Very fun open space with nice amenities and an industrial loft look. Moni and her son were great hosts and helped us as we had to extend our stay. My son enjoyed the paddle court on the roof. Thanks Moni!

Een uitstekend schoon appartement met een balkon. Het contact verliep soepel, ik kreeg tips voor restaurants en faciliteiten in de buurt. Het verblijf ligt wel op ruime afstand van de meest toeristische plekken van Buenos Aires. Het is een aanrader voor wie buiten het centrum van de stad een plekje zoekt.

A wonderful place to stay in the heart of Belgrano. Walking distance to the subway, bustops, and intracity trains. Amazing restaurants to try around the block including middle eastern, peruvian, argentinian, brazilian, and italian cuisines. Easy to find and very secure. Pool is amazing during summer months and the grocery store accross the street is very helpful for anything one may need. Would recommend.

Todo muy bien, el departamento es mucho más bonito que las fotos. Lo único que mejoraría la estancia es un lavavajillas. El resto perfecto. Hasta nos facilitaron una cochera!

I was here for 2 years. Loved it. Azul was incredibly helpful and responsive. If there was a problem, she immediately worked to resolve it! The apartment was very quiet, so it was easy to work from home. The apartment is on the top floor and faces a narrow, one-way residential street, so there is minimal noise from cars. Although there are restaurants on the ground floor, I literally couldn't hear any people or music from them. There is thick concrete on the balcony which acts as a buffer to any noise from below. There is a very nice cleaning lady that comes every week at no cost. One of the best gyms I've seen in an apartment, and it was often empty. The apartment faces the west and has incredible sunsets. It gets plenty of direct sunlight in the afternoon, and it was very easy to keep warm during the winter. During the summer, there is a retractable awning you can use to block the sun. Very peaceful and safe neighborhood with some gorgeous houses. I would absolutely stay again!

La ubicacion es excelente, Flavia siempre fue muy comunicativa, el departamento muy lindo. Recomendable!!
