We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place was as described. Great location. Within 2 minutes from the train station and corner store. The amenities were also as described. We fully recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in the area.

An excellent stay! Amazing scenery by the river. Huge space living room and bedrooms. Excellent value for money! Host is very helpful and friendly.

The place met our expectations to 100%. Clean flat and well equipped kitchen where we were able to cook. The place was quiet with a supermarket right downstairs. Shy was quick to respond to all our queries. We can only recommend.

Kappy made it very easy for us to check in by explaining and telling us if he was needed he’d be always available. Nothing more than if you are stuck. The apartment itself was incredible especially for the price and couldn’t reccomend it enough from the overview of the o2 and river Thames. Underground was close by too which helped getting into central. 30 mins max you’d be there. Check out was very simple and made it easy for us.

We stayed for two weeks and we had such a great experience- great location - super close to the train station and town center. My kids loved the little play area above the rooms. Jodie was super responsive

The apartment is very well appointed with a great view over Ipswich Marina with the bonus of some fabulous sunsets too. The apartment is spacious for a two-bedroom accommodation and the two bathrooms are a definite advantage. The host, Martin, was very supportive and attentive to our needs throughout the stay with prompt and friendly communication. I would certainly recommend this apartment and would look to book again for future stays in Ipswich.

A descent place, free street parking and perfect for those who aren’t going that much in to the city centre. Close to Elizabeth line (with bus), which makes it easy to come from anywhere. There’s also a few local pubs and restaurants in near vicinity only requiring five minutes by car. The flat it self were also just what we needed. It were tidy and nice, with all facilities one needs.

Had a great stay at Reilly's apartment. The building is just next to the park and a few blocks only from the high street and the city centre with all the restaurants, cafés and tourist attractions. Nadine was very friendly and responsive. The place was comfortable, spotless clean and equipped to a high standard. Can highly recommend for anyone looking to visit Colchester!

Beautiful lockside property, amazing location with two great pubs right across the way. House was nice and cosy when we arrived and the heating was great all weekend long. We especially loved the conservatory where we at our breakfast in the sun. Perfect for dogs and lots of beautiful walks nearby. Would definitely return in summer. Great stay thank you

Jason’s place was wonderful for our little family and super close to old town and new town. Sara’s was great for brunch Sunday morning and the Library playground and library were great for my little one on Saturday.

what a great quirky place, when you enter into the kitchen/breakfast area it looks compact but upstairs feels a lot bigger. would definitely return if coming back to Southend.

This was my first booking with Airbnb so I didnt really know what to expect but Mel has certainly set the standard. She is a friendly, helpful, honest, and incredibly responsive host. The house was exactly as described and the quiet location was perfect for us. We'll definitely stay again when we return to Mersea Island, which was beautiful too!

Love Old Leigh. Needed somewhere while visiting family locally and where better. Somehow managed to never see the tide in. Parking was good considering how busy the area is.

Stayed over the Easter weekend. Clear instructions on how to find it & get inside. We had 2 cars so parked 1 in the secure gated area which was a real benefit, the other car on the street. There was always space available in the road but not always directly outside the house. The house is on 3 floors with big spacious bedrooms & a seaview from the rear rooms. Exceptionally comfy beds & good quality bed linen & towels. A well equipped kitchen & a good stock of board games in the living room which we had fun using each evening. Other houses in the street had a wheelie bin but I couldn’t find ours so sorry, we couldn’t empty the bins as we normally would when vacating a property. 1 thing I would add to the top floor bedroom would be a comfy chair, there’s space for 1 & it would be a nice place to sit & read. The house is next to a trainline but right at the end of the line so no noise at all. Harwich is small & seemed very quiet. A few shops, pubs & restaurants easy walking distance away.

This was an absolutely perfect stay. The house is enormous yet homely, beautifully appointed and with the most breathtaking views. The pool and spa are an added bonus and the path down to the beach / estuary is gorgeous. All in all an absolutely fabulous place and we will be back. Thank you xxx

I was attending a course in the area and the stylish and cosy accommodation made it a super all-round experience. The heating warmed the place thoroughly within 5 minutes and all the essentials were provided.

매우 놀라운 숙소입니다. 여행을 완벽하게 만들었습니다. 나는 수다장이처럼 이야기 할수 뿐이 없습니다. 1. 위치 나의 긴여행의 첫번째 숙소는 런던의 중심부였습니다. 이것이 런던인가 했을때, 두번째 숙소에서 또다른 런던을 발견했습니다. 런던의 오래된 멋진 고풍의 건물들을 보고 전부라 생각했지만, 이곳은 런던의 새롭고, 신식의 고층 건물과 현대식건물들 런던의 미래를 볼수 있었습니다. 고층애서 바라본 매우 아름다운 런던뷰와 밤에 반짝이는 불빛이 매우 낭만적입니다 그리고, 전철은 바로 1분거리이어서 시내중심까지 15분에서 20분이면 갑니다 . 그리고, 1층에는 마트가 있어서 매우편리하게 장을 볼수 있습니다 2. 내부 모습 내부는 정말 넓고, 한가로우며 , 모든 것을 갖추고 있습니다. 매우 안락하고 편안한 침대, 욕조가 있는 넓고 깨끗한 욕실 , 전자레지 에어프라이기, 식기건조기 등 최신식 시설을 다갖추고 있고, 모든 양념통과 맛나는 코코아까지 있습니다. 안정감 있고 매우 편리하며, 여행만족도을 높여주었습니다. 무엇보다 호스트는 최고입니다. 약간의 문제가 생겼을때, 너무나 안정적으로 일처리를 잘 해주었습니다. 능숙하고 평화로운 조력자입니다. 이 숙소는 여행을 즐겁게 해주기에 다없이 좋은 여행이었습니다 . 2정거장 가까운 까나리 와프에서 런던을 폭넓게 이해 할수 있었습니다.

We had a fantastic family stay at 3A Seaforth Road in Southend. The home was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable and relaxed. It was great having a fully equipped kitchen and plenty of room for the kid to play and unwind. The location is ideal – close to the beach, parks, and local shops, but still peaceful and quiet at night. Parking was easy, and the host was welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. We’d definitely come back for another family break and highly recommend it to other families visiting the area!

Micheal was really warm & welcoming host, with lots of humour & charm. He makes a mean cocktail in their cool little bar at the back of their lovely danish shop He gave us great recommendations for place to go and places to eat . The studio is above the shop and is very clean with everything you need , perfect for 2 people. When we return to Frinton we will definitely be trying to stay at the studio. Thank you’re hospitably

Had a great stay at Agi's place! The apartment is located right on the water with a bunch of shops and restaurants right at hand. Agi was also very responsive and welcoming, offering a book of suggestions on local attractions and willingness to communicate any time.

Claudia and Leon are great hosts very responsive and trying their best to accommodate. They have been great. There are some issues, but the host were pretty keen to resolve them. Great location.
