It used to be an old hop pickers mobile home but has been lovingly restored to a modern, well presented “mini” haven. A fully self-contained cabin with open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area, UK king size bed in bedroom and a shower room and toilet. Ideal for a couple or two singles as a Z-bed can be provided. The Grade II listed Bakehouse, like its beautiful neighbouring holiday accommodation Cowbeach Cottage, has a wealth of character and has been lovingly restored to a high standard. The Bakehouse can be booked alone or with the Cottage for two couples who wish to holiday together, whilst enjoying their own space. The charming, bright and tastefully decorated vaulted studio features a wealth of oak beams and benefits from its own south facing garden, patio and verandah with far reaching views.

Calm Sussex Retreat

Enjoy my beautiful home while I’m away in the quaint village of Staplecross for your Sussex adventures in the Rother valley and wider area. Built in 1845 it comes with a bespoke fireplace in an open plan living/dining room, two spacious double bedrooms, a courtyard dining area and free off-road parking on the drive. Staplecross has a lively local community and is famed for its access to ancient woodlands and walking trails on foot and for our traditional Sussex bonfire celebrations.

Beautiful barn on the South Downs Way

Beautiful barn, perfect for walkers, also great as a comfortable and spacious base for exploring the local countryside. Local cultural attractions include Glyndebourne, Drusilla's Park, South Downs Way. This spacious artist's home is located right on the South Downs Way, and it is only about an hour and a half walk to the coast at Exceat. There is a tree house for kids, a couple of swing seats for chilling out on, and the Cuckmere runs through the bottom of the garden.

Old Smock Windmill in rural Kent

Old Smock Mill is a romantic place for couples. The atmosphere inside is peaceful and relaxing. Everything is designed to unwind you from the moment you walk in. It is surrounded by the lovely Kent countryside where you can ramble and refresh yourselves by perhaps ending the day in one of the great pubs cosy by a log fire in Winter or in Summer in an English garden. Guests have said how hard it is to tear themselves away, it truly is a treasure to find.

Leave the world behind at our organic smallholding hideaway – the perfect antidote to stress and modern life. This is a true romantic retreat for two, with space for up to four (extra bed available). The ancient woodland, the orchard, the old fashioned sheep, the hens, make this the place to unwind. In the evenings, dine and chat by the log stove or around a campfire. I didn't have to move to Devon, after all, because I found here.

Moon cabin Rye

Moon Cabin is an A frame with double bed, shower room, toilet, desk, piano, kettle, mini fridge and toaster a small fire bowl with wood and grate so possible to some outdoor cooking. There is an apple orchard and woods to walk in. As well as parking at the property. Winchelsea beach is 10 mins drive away and Rye too. Children and pets are very welcome.

Recently refurbished detached 18th Century former farm building. Now a cosy cottage nestled in 1066 countryside on the edge of the Combe Haven Countryside Park with its own private wood-burning hot tub. The cottage has one very spacious bedroom accessed via the stairs, with a king-size bed with a luxury bath within the room.
