Constructed of Cotswold stone with central and underfloor heating. The studio style layout provides a double room and bed with en-suite bathroom. Downstairs is a fitted kitchen, open plan living room and breakfast bar.

The Walkers rest

Close to an area of outstanding natural beauty that is West Oxfordshire. A pretty and easy space to relax or use as a base to explore on foot, cycle or beyond, by rail. On the edge of the Cotswolds in one direction and not too far for shopping in the other, you could consider your options while walking across the countryside for a meal in one of the nearby villages. We don’t have a shop or pub here, but a twenty minute walk or five minute drive will get your essentials we haven’t thought of.

Situated just a 5-minute drive from Witney, This apartment serves as an excellent gateway to uncovering the treasures of the Cotswolds, Blenheim Palace, Oxford, and the renowned Bicester Village Designer Outlet – a mere 35-minute drive via car or bus. Jeremy Clarkson's new pub (The Farmer's Dog) is a 6-minute drive away and the towns of Cheltenham, Banbury, and Swindon are all within a 40-minute drive. Additionally, there is a beautiful lake at the property's rear to explore.

Self contained Studio

Little Rockwell is a self contained studio, without kitchen facilities. Very stylist, brand new accommodation for two people in the centre of Eynsham. It consists of a king sized bed, seating/dining area with fridge and has a large shower, sink and toilet. This is separate from our home, but access is via the driveway and it’s above our garage. The bus stop is very close for access to both Witney and Oxford. We are close to Blenheim Palace and The Cotswolds too.

Secure parking with the use of EV charger (£25/pn) Free cancellation till the day before, because if you happy we are happy. Check-in and out times are suited to make you enjoy you stay. GO-taxis or Harvey can take you to Caswell house, Pubs, & restaurants etc.

Retreat in the Cotswolds

Get away from the city and rent a beautiful, furnished 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, detached dormer bungalow in the picturesque village of South Leigh. The spacious back garden has a balconied patio area with steps leading down to the lawn, at the end of which is a stream. Views look out to fields beyond. The renowned Masons Arms pub in the village offers excellent food and drink. And we are 5 minutes drive from the historic market town of Witney.

The Chalet provides comfortable and cosy accommodation for 2 people, perfect for a relaxing rural getaway and remote working alike. Part of a recently renovated stable block, the accommodation is of high standard, lies on a direct bus route and is only 4 miles from Oxford city centre.
