This cozy cottage is across the street from a Long Island Sound beach (~200 ft from public access point) in a secluded beach community tucked away from the bustle of Fairfield’s large beaches. The community boasts a beach, playground and nature trails and is also within walking distance of the Par 3 golf course. Downtown Fairfield and the Metro North train station serving the New Haven line into NYC is a 5-minute drive away. Downtown Southport and its charming Pequot Avenue are equally close.

This unique property is located on beautiful Ash Creek, an inlet off Long Island Sound offering views of tidal wetlands, including tons of fish, bird, kayakers, paddle boarders, small sail boats etc. The house is a newly renovated Cape Cod with an open floor plan, updated Kitchen and bath rooms. Charming guest apartment on our property on 1.5 acres in pastoral neighborhood, 7 minutes to Wilton center and 8 to Westport center. The cottage is a good size for 1-2 adults, can fit 3 people if one is a child. The unit is separate from our house, connected by a breezeway, above the garage. It is quaint and cozy. High end kitchen appliances include gas range, mini fridge, microwave and mini dishwasher. The bedroom has a queen bed. We have a twin air mattress for use in the living room.
