The Courtyard in Brighton Sussex has its own private entrance, and consists of a beautiful & newly decorated double bedroom with a stylish ensuite. There are glazed patio doors leading from the bedroom outside to a private terrace with a large seating area in the sunshine. We are 15 mins by car to the city centre & beach with a regular bus service directly outside & only 5 mins from Preston Park train station. Please note The Courtyard is not suitable for children under 12 & no pets please.

Frequent bus service is a 30 secs walk away. Prices include all fees, no hidden extras.

Hi,we have a large,spacious,bright and airy bungalow which is all open plan and great for entertaining. There is also a conservatory which can be opened up into the garden which is south facing and views onto the Downs a short walk away. There is space for 2 cars in the drive and others right outside in the close. The kingsize room is ensuite with the double having its own bathroom across the hall. Easy access from the A27 and bus 5B into Brighton make this the perfect holiday home.

A stunning 1 bedroom, self catering holiday cottage. Located on a working farm in the South Downs, we are situated just outside Lewes and a few miles from Brighton. The Hovel is an excellent base from which to explore the beautiful South Downs, with easy access by car, bus or bike. There are amazing walks on the doorstep along the South Downs Way, the coast is a short drive away and all the attractions of Lewes and Brighton are a short journey by pedal, bus or car.

A self-contained 2-bedroom flat , semi-detached to our home with separate access on the idyllic Kingston Ridge . Ideal for walkers, the South Downs way is at the end of the private no-through road, or the County Town of Lewes is a 2 mile walk away (or a ten minute drive). Brighton is 8 miles down the road, with a regular bus service. The apartment is ideal for 4-6 people but has a maximum capacity of 8 (sofa bed). N.B. We have a very friendly dog.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
