L’antica torretta è stata restaurata con rispetto della sua storia e della sua anima. Gli arredamenti in legno rifiniti con oli naturali, le pareti in pietra e calce, i pavimenti in cotto fatto a mano con finitura in cera d’api e il riscaldamento a pavimento rendono questa struttura sana e rispettosa dell’ambiente. Negli spazi sono esposte delle opere d'arte. I servizi della casa includono: aria condizionata, televisore, wi-fi , cucina, uno splendido camino ed un terrazzo con vista mozzafiato.

Il pianerottolo d’accesso, a mo’ di terrazzino, offre una suggestiva vista sul mare, raggiungibile a 30 metri.

La camera da letto, con un letto matrimoniale ed un lettino singolo, dispone di una moderna parete attrezzata con stand appendiabiti, cassetti, TV e climatizzatore. Il bagno, con bidet e ampio box doccia, è munito di phon e di lavatrice. Prenditela con calma in questo spazio unico e rilassante.

La villa si trova a circa 200 mt dal bivio in direzione Centola in zona residenziale ed immersa nel verde. Per raggiungere il centro e le spiagge è indispensabile l'auto, ma la distanza è davvero breve! La casa è un ampio monolocale, le due zone notte, sono separate da una tenda oscurante. Il patio esterno è in legno, ha la cucina e la doccia esterne (la doccia anche all'interno). clima, wi-fi, lavatrice, Phon, vista mare. Gradito il contatto telefonico x esaudire dubbi!☺️ MARINA

Roads that take you along the jaw-dropping, windy Cliento coast to Maratea and Palinuro,to Baia degli Infreschi and Spiaggia Nera are only a few minutes away. Bicycles are also available for you !

This little house is our home when we are not working and we love it. It is as secluded as you can be in Praiano, sitting in 2.5 acres of terraced olive grove, and far from other houses. All you see from the house is sea. A place to fall in love in!
