The triple glazed cottage provides comfortable accommodation and is just over an hour away from SE London by car, or by train straight into Teynham station from London Victoria, (1 hr 6m). We are 10 mins walk from Teynham railway station. Faversham & Sittingbourne are 10 minutes away. We have released all availabilty through to end of December 2026

There is plenty to do throughout the year wether you want coast, town or countryside it’s all in easy reach for your enjoyment.

Located on the driveway opposite our home, The Little House offers its own living space in a peaceful countryside setting. Base price is for one guest; additional guests are welcome for a small nightly supplement NOTICE: A neighbouring farm is currently carrying out building works. There may be some noise during normal working hours (Mon–Fri, but evenings and weekends are generally quiet.

I do not provide breakfast but there is a toaster, kettle and a cooker in the kitchen. Several very good breakfast cafes in the next street. Supermarkets less than 5 minutes walk away. Situated in a conservation area in the heart of the historic market town of Faversham, just two minutes' walk from the railway station and all amenities.
