A spacious private suite with its own private entrance, separate from the house. We are usually on the property, but often do not see our guests. The suite entrance is at the end of the drive, & driveway open for your use. Quiet and secluded neighborhood across the street from a park with a 1/2-mile treed walking path with benches and play equipment. Close to the airport, shopping, & 12 miles to the beautiful Pensacola beaches! Queen Bed Pack & Play or Twin Air mattress available upon request.

Between downtown Pensacola and airport. 15 minute drive to beaches. Wireless internet strong signal. T.V. with antenna. Amish "fireplace" heater. Kitchenette with medium refrigerator, sink, microwave, toaster oven, George Foreman grill, griddle designed to cook anything, and eating utensils. Grill on patio. Beach gear.

This townhome is newly renovated and includes a full kitchen, open living area, comfy bedrooms, and all the amenities needed for a short or long stay. Located in a small & quiet, family friendly neighborhood, the home is convenient to several popular restaurants & bars, minutes from UWF & the interstate, and a scenic drive to downtown and Pensacola Beach! *Pet Fee: $25/pet. We’re located in the heart of East Hill, which is a very charming and established neighborhood. The area is peaceful and quiet, yet only about a 5-10 minute drive downtown Pensacola. We will do everything we can to make your stay great! The guest house is located directly off of our private carriageway behind the house.
