We're in Dublin 8 - 200 yards from Kilmainham Jail, one of Dublin’s most historic tourist sites. It's a 30-min walk to city centre, we’re also 100 yards from the Luas & 50 yards from bus stop. We're a 5-min walk from the Irish Museum of Modern Art, and 10 mins from the Phoenix Park. Shops, bars, food, and Guinness Storehouse are right beside us! We've a big sitting-room, library, kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, a sun-trap backyard and big garden too. Summer ‘25 dates are flexible, so message us!

We are situated within 15 mins of DCU, Trinity , Holles Street Hospital and many others. parking if required. 4 Km from Croke Park, 7 Km to Aviva, 2 Km to beach. Dart/Train station a 1 min walk. Close to all amenities, shops, pubs, parks, supermarket.

Modern house from 2018 with own garden and balcony beside the coast. The house has 4 bedrooms suiting up to 8 people, one master bedroom with a king size bed, a children room with a bunk-bed and the office & multiroom each has a sofa bed (160cm wide). Location is 20 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes on the Dart/Train to Dublin City Centre. One stop on the Dart to the lovely fishing village of Howth with great restaurants and bars and lovely sea walks. Supermarket within walking distance.

Charming Stoneybatter cottage

Named the coolest place in Ireland by TimeOut, Stoneybatter has many great cafés, restaurants, pubs & shops, & is just a 20min walk from the city centre. This 2-bed cottage is available as a 1-bed space, & can accommodate 1-2 people. NB: this is my home & is only available on occasion. You may find some of my belongings, food & drinks here - some guests may prefer a space solely set up as a short-term rental. Also, a dog lives here, so may not be the best fit for those with allergies.
