The apartment was very clean and comfortable with the home decorations make you feel that you guest at home and not a hotel. This was very important for us, especially when staying for six days straight. Andrey supplied clear instructions on how to use the apartment and what is recommended in the area and in general. What we loved about the location is it was not too far away from the Airport and Larnaca city center, yet very quit neighborhood and walking location from a super market. Andrey was also very helpful and assistive with issues that we communicated to him. The only down side we found is the Cyprus public transportation schedules from this location to the city. There is a single bus to the airport that need to be timed exactly because the next one comes after an hour. If you stay in the city until the late evening time, you should use Bolt to order a taxi. I would definitely recommend the location for couple that is looking for a quite and chill location.

The kitchen has everything you need, but we missed having a coffee machine. However, there was a place where we could make coffee. The air conditioning made the apartment comfortable, and the size of the apartment was great. The beds weren’t the most comfortable, but overall, we slept well. The location is excellent — the beach is just a two-minute walk away, and there are very few people on the beach, making it perfect for a private getaway. As for the downsides, there are few restaurants and bars nearby, and the ones we tried didn’t meet our expectations. There are no shops in the area, and public transport is a challenge: buses run only once every two hours, so it’s highly recommended to have a car in this location. Overall, we are very happy with our stay. The host was always available and responded quickly to all our questions. Thank you!

We've had a wonderful family stay here in oriklini. Zoe went out of the way to make sure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay! Thanks alot. It's very peaceful and yet still very close to restaurants, shady park and supermarket. Neighbours here are all so friendly and welcoming too! Highly recommend this bnb. I found the host to be very helpful and responsive whenever we needed anything. Much appreciated!

Netter Kontakt und bei Problemen wurde uns direkt geholfen. Die Wohnung ist für zwei Personen auf jeden Fall ausreichend und die Lage zum Strand und zum Stadtzentrum sehr gut. Highlight war der Balkon in der Sonne :)

Georgia is very helpful with everything! First of all she upgraded us to a bigger place due to some constructions to the original one. The day we arrived we were able to check in earlier than the expected time. Also she texted us every day and asked us if we needed anything and the last day after the check out she helped us to let our luggage some extra hours in the reception. The location is great next to the beach and to the center. The place is great and fully equipped. We had a great accomodation and enjoyed our vacations!

The house is in a lovely peaceful location with mature gardens including beautiful fruit trees and a great swimming pool. A great host - thoughtful and attentive and responded to any questions very quickly. We would thoroughly recommend.

Very quiet and peaceful. The villa is an end unit with a large, private yard that backs up to the ocean. Lars was extremely helpful and warmly welcomed us after we had a delayed flight. The house was very clean and had everything you would need. Two things I was concerned about after reading reviews were the sound of planes and the villa possibly smelling like smoke since smoking is only allowed outside. The house did NOT smell of smoke at all and we sometimes heard a plane but it was not a constant sound or disruptive in any way. If you wear earplugs when you sleep you won’t hear a thing. This was a fantastic house with a fantastic host. I HIGHLY recommend it and we hope to come back.

It has been our 2nd time at Roman’s place and we really love it there. Roman is a great host, communicates quick and reliable. Especially if you are traveling with kids, this place is near perfect. We will hopefully be back a third time soon :)

Elena's parents were there to welcome me, and they were just fantastic hosts! They showed me around the house, accompanied me to the beach and even offered to drive me to the supermarket, since I had no car (which is needed for grocery shopping). The house is clean and cosy, and less than 5 minutes walking from a peaceful beach with not many people. The neighbourhood is quiet. Elena was very reactive whenever I had questions, and her parents were extremely kind and helpful. I definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a peaceful vacation.

The place was really clean The rooms and living room are even better than the pictures, bathroom is perfect. The compound is really peaceful also has a supermarket inside open 24 hours, 1 min walk. And in front of the compound you find many restaurants and supermarkets again.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and it is as described, very clean… beautiful neighborhood, quiet, private…You wouldn’t regret booking.

Great place to stay either if you are on vacation or working. Close proximity to airport (but no aircraft noise), beaches and Larnaca with Limassol and Nicosia only about 1 hour away. Plenty of space in and out and nice peaceful location. Main bathroom shower great. Justin is always quick to respond and is proactive (without being intrusive) to ensure you have an enjoyable stay.

Apartament spełnił oczekiwania. Byliśmy w 10 osób i bez problemu się zmieściliśmy. Bardzo blisko morza i dwóch plaż, ładna promenada. Za apartamentem dobrze wyposażony supermarket Petros. Bezproblemowe parkowanie przy ulicy. Jest też dostępne miejsce postojowe. Apartament jest na 4 piętrze, ale dostępna jest winda. Wszystkie pokoje z klimatyzacją. Do dyspozycji 3 bardzo duże tarasy, gdzie można bez problemu, na każdym z nich usiąść i zjeść śniadanie, nawet całą naszą ekipą. Gospodarz odpowiada na pytania praktycznie od razu. Dużo ciepłej pościeli, super ciepłych koców i ręczników. Ogólnie dobre wyposażenie mieszkania. Jedyne co bym doradził to uaktualnienie zdjęć apartamentu, bo te dostępne na Airbnb są sprzed dobrych kilku lat.

Spędziliśmy u Giorgosa tydzień. Mieszkanie idealne: czysto, świetnie wyposażone, niczego nie brakowało. Giorgos ugościł nas jak rodzinę. Przygotował wszystko czego potrzeba w domu: środki czystości, środki higieny, zimne napoje, kawę, herbatę, podstawowe przyprawy. Polecił lokalne sklepy oraz pomógł w zorganizowaniu sprawnego transferu w nocy na lotnisko. Z czystym sumieniem mogę polecić mieszkanie Giorgosa. Sam z pewnością tam wrócę!
