Allen was a great host and we all had an incredible time. Steps to a beautiful private beach and fabulous pools. More than enough space for 7 of us in the condo. We will definitely try to stay again.

We LOVED everything about Ashley's place. There was no reason to bring everything with you for a baby. She had everything you needed, from pack n play to a high chair. Plenty of toys for the kids to play with. Location was perfect. Just a short walk to the beach (everything you needed for the beach). Close to good restaurants and the grocery store. We will definitely stay here again!

Rhonda's beachside home is absolutely stunning and homey at the same time! We felt right at home and the home is so close to the beach that we were able to walk back and forth from the house to the beach easily and within just a few minutes. Having all of Rhonda's beach chairs, wagon, beach towels, and cooler was definitely an added plus! The beds were very comfortable and we all slept great! The kitchen and bedrooms are fully stocked and well maintained. There are three levels of stairs in the house, so be advised if you have joint or back problems. My 2 besties were with me and we all have joint problems but were able to manage well. And, then there is our great hostess, Rhonda! She communicated well before, during, and after out stay. She was always available if we had any questions. She is very nice also! An added plus! This is definitely a great beach house, very close to the beach, and nice quiet neighborhood! I definitely recommend this beach home for your next getaway! :)

We looked for a home in a quiet location right on the beach that allows pets. This beachfront home was perfect for our week long stay. We got up every morning for the absolutely beautiful sunrise, visited with our daughter in Daytona during the day and then returned to be on the beach to look at the stars and even saw 2 rocket launches. The private ramp to the beach is only about 20 steps and your feet are in the sand. The neighbors on the road are friendly too. We easily walked to get coffee, breakfast and pick up a pizza and groceries. The pictures listed are spot on, so what you see is what is there. The home has everything including paper products, spices, and cleaning products. I could tell there was a light smokey smell as another renter mentioned, but nothing that would make us not rent again. Miss the view of the sunrise already!

Being close enough to hear the ocean was worth it all! Beautiful and well maintained property. The condo is much bigger than I thought it would be! It’s very roomy and a great place for families with children. Overall our stay was amazing and we would definitely stay again! The beds were very comfortable and also having a tv in every room was great at night (when we weren’t walking the beach). This property also felt very safe which matters a lot to us! It was extremely close to restaurants and shopping and we also visited Washington Oaks Garden (it’s a must)! We spent a day in Daytona and a day in St. Augustine and enjoyed being in between both of those towns. If you’re looking for a relaxing place to stay, this is it!

We felt right at home in Matt's place. The house was big and spacious, we absolutely loved the pool on the back porch. Was a perfect setting to grill dinner and enjoy the pool, was very hot outside but the back porch was very shaded and comfortable you could feel the ocean breeze., just perfect!! The ocean access was very close walking distance. The garage was also stocked with all you need for a day at the beach. Coolers, umbrellas, chairs, even beach toys for the kids. The kitchen was also stocked with everything you need to cook a meal for your family. The snacks and bottle of wine that was left for us by Matt was a great surprise and treat after a 6 hour drive. Plenty of restaurants within good driving distance. Plus a circle K at the top of the road. Matt was very responsive to my messages. We would definitely stay at Matt's again in the future. Where to start? There are so many positive things to say about our stay with Phyllis and Mark. Their property was located in an ideal location with very close proximity to the beach. The use of their golf cart was a fabulous add-on. Our pups enjoyed having a fenced in backyard. The place was 100% fully equipped, we wanted for nothing. Phyllis and Mark were beyond kind and welcoming. We cannot wait to come back again.

We were three adults and two teenagers. There was plenty of space, amenities were great. The heated pool and hot tub were a big hit with everyone. It's a nice and quiet area, with one bar/restaurant within walking distance. Everything else was an easy drive. Easy walk to the beach for the sunrise!

A fantastic location on Flagler Beach! Salt water pool on property. Cross the street and you have the Atlantic Ocean. This home was exactly as advertised. Host was very responsive. My family had a wonderful time here and we have decided we will come back to this home for future vacations. Several restaurants within walking distance and grocery stores just a bit further away. What a wonderful place to relax! Highly recommend this home! Enjoy!

Spent a week at Stasia’s beach house with my mother and it was perfect! Steps from the beach, beautiful sunrises every day, loved the wrap around balcony. The only negative was the elevator was not working and we were not informed until a few hours before check in. Traveling with my elderly mother, it was a bit worrisome to have her walk up and down 4 flights of stairs all week as it was not fixed during our stay. However, this was nothing that Stasia could have anticipated, and she and her fiancé were wonderful and met us at the condo and helped me lug our luggage up the stairs. Other than this slight inconvenience it was a lovely stay! The week flew by and we hated to leave. Condo was super clean which definitely impressed me as I can be nitpicky! Thanks so much for the wonderful week in paradise! Lots of good food around the condo and Publix being right across the street, the location was perfect !

5++++stars vacation destination! My family and I are so glad we chose this place for our beach vacation—it was absolutely perfect. The location couldn’t be better, right across the street from the beach. It’s ideal for a relaxing late afternoon walk or just enjoying some time by the ocean. The home itself was clean, cozy, and peaceful—exactly what we were hoping for. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this home to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Mike and Aimee are wonderful hosts! Their condo was SO well stocked, they had everything we could need for our trip, the location was absolutely gorgeous, the amenities were lovely, and there was so much to do in the area. They made everything super easy, and went out of the way to make sure we were well prepared for the area. Would absolutely recommend to anyone traveling to the area!

A beautiful place, set on a pretty quiet stretch of beach. Everyone that lives there is super friendly. Place was clean, and very welcoming. Had all the comforts of home. Nice pool, and well taken care of outside area. Would definitely come back again

This condo was in a great location with a beautiful view. It was fully equipped with everything we needed and then some. The owners were super helpful when we had questions and we had no issues or problems with our stay. My three teenage grandkids were down from Michigan and loved it so much they asked me to rent it again their next visit. I highly recommend this location and Michele. She is a really great host.

Wonderful stay. Great hosts! Everything was as described, clean and in working order. We just stayed near the condo the entire time. Though we didn’t cook, we did find a perfectly stocked kitchen. We had a perfect spring break!

Our stay at Coquina Castle was wonderful! The ocean views were breathtaking! Sunrises were beautiful! Our host Erica was so gracious and accommodating. The home had everything we could possibly need with plenty of space for all of us. We enjoyed St Augustine, Palm Coast, fishing, spring training baseball and so many other things the area has to offer. I would highly recommend this Airbnb and we will stay here again when we are in the Palm Coast area. Thank you Erica! You’re a wonderful host!

Perfect place for our birthday beach weekend. The house was spotless and comfortable as well as being in a super quiet neighborhood walking distance to the beach and river. There’s even a peekaboo ocean view from the front patio. The hosts were extremely responsive and gave us great dining recommendations. Highly recommend.

Our stay at the Ormandy was great! The condo was beautiful and the pictures of the beach from the balcony don't do it justice. The views were amazing. The location was perfect with the grocery store and restaurants close by. Be sure to check out surf and scoops! It's within walking distance and had delicious ice cream! The condo was impeccably clean and the host was very responsive and great at communicating quickly. We would definitely stay there again.

good place thsts a little bit off the beaten path from Daytona. much more room on the beach here. house is well cleaned, and walking distance to the beach. Great showers and amenities, and was nice and clean upon checking in. The pillows and bedding were adequate. the kitchen and layout was nice. We enjoyed our stay.

This is the second time my family has stayed at Brittany's. Love the location and beautiful views. Plenty of beach toys for the kids and very nice ammeniy. Close drive to downtown and restaurants. Hopefully we can come back soon.

This is the 2nd time at Franks place. Great place awesome location can walk to the beach. Neighborhood and neighbors are very nice. Just a nice safe neighborhood
