Newly renovated studio apartment attached to home. Private entrance, shares 1 wall with the main house that is blocked off. The only shared space is the driveway. Located near the Asheville airport (2.5mi) and 20mins to downtown Asheville Private bath, queen bed, dining table/chairs, couch, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator/freezer, tv/firestick. We are fewer than five minutes from just about everything including Biltmore Village and downtown Asheville. Inside you find a beautiful and inviting queen bed, spacious bathroom, and plenty of natural light. There is a long descending pathway with stone steps--please see the pictures in our profile.
