Una accoglienza unica, mi sono sentita veramente bene accolta e la benvenuta. Gilly è stata gentilissima e mi sono sentita come a casa mia con tutte le comodità. Un vero piacere stare in una casa così accogliente dove sono stata sempre a mio agio. Ho dormito alla grande e la colazione era fantastica! Da Gilly a Dover tornerei molto volentieri senza cercare oltre, veramente una sistemazione accogliente e consigliatissima!

Wir waren auf der Rückreise aus Cornwall bei Sue. Empfangen wurden wir mit Kuchen und Kaffee im Garten. Sue ist eine offen,sympathische, sehr nette Frau. Ich kann diese Unterkunft zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder!

My spouse and I had a great time at Kate's place. It was beautiful, like staying in an old country estate, just what we wanted! We were treated to breakfast and helpful tips of what to see in the area, it felt like a genuine B&B which is also what we were looking for! Thanks Kate!

A very spacious , uber clean and well maintained and cared for property. Diane is a very welcoming host . The kitchen was stocked with bread, milk and eggs. We (3 adults) had a wonderful stay and would love to stay here again.

From the moment I stepped into the house and met the host Jane, everything felt warm and welcoming. Jane is an incredibly nice and kind person. She proactively ask if I needed any help and kindly introduced places to visit nearby. She even invited me to attend her friend’s birthday dinner. Every morning, she thoughtfully prepared a healthy breakfast, including fruit salad, toast, coffee and more. Location: It was very easy to find the house by following the map from the train station. The room is located in a small alley just off the main street in the heart of Lewes, surrounded by lots of great restaurants and cafés. The weekend farmer’s market is just a one-minute walk away. I saw someone asking whether the house is warm enough — don’t worry. It can be chilly in Lewes during spring, but Jane keeps the heating on all the time. If you still feel cold, there's also a portable heater available. I didn’t need to use it, because it was already warm enough. I really loved staying here.

Carol and Clive were very welcoming and nothing was any trouble. The cottage is querky and full of character with a lovely back garden next to the river and with beautiful views of the countryside. Check in was flexible and easy to arrange. It is a lovely village and Carol's place is central and walkable to local pubs. I had a lovely time and would return to explore the area more.

There is a gate to get on the property and we were unable to call Miranda when at the gate due to poor reception. I imagine this was because we are from the US and ATT is our carrier and I suppose England does not have a lot of ATT towers for cellular. We were unable to make phone contact at the gate and drove about 5 or so minutes into town to get good phone coverage and drove back. The house was clean and in a pleasant area. Miranda was most helpful.

Lovely studio with a nice big terrace. Very clean and comfortable, I could easily have stayed longer. Handy for Calais and the beautiful north coast.

Staying with Niki was like visiting a long time friend. From the moment we arrived we instantly felt at home. She shared stories and recommendations and then left us to it. She cooked us amazing breakfasts, and was a pleasure to come back to after our days out. The place was really tidy and decorated beautifully, the bed was super comfy, and she made it extra special as she knew it was for our birthdays. We would absolutely recommend staying with Niki (and cheeky little Benji)!!

Nous étions déjà venu il y a deux ans. Quelques changements ont été réalisés. Nous ne sommes pas déçu de notre séjour paisible et reposant.

Michael en Yamina hebben samen een gasthuis in het centrum van Calais. Het is dicht te bereiken vanaf het treinstation in de stad. Het gasthuis is een oud gebouw, en is zeer mooi gerestaureerd. Ik werd zeer vriendelijk ontvangen door de gastheer Michael. De kamer was ruim en schoon, en ook de badkamer ontbrak aan niets. Hoewel het gebouw zich in het centrum bevindt, is het erg rustig en is er geen lawaai 's nachts. Het was erg leuk en gezellig om bij Michael en Yamina en hun kinderen te verblijven. Ik ben zelden zo gastvrij en op een persoonlijke manier ontvangen! Ik zou aan iedereen aanraden om hier hun verblijf in Calais door te brengen.

Le logement de Martine et Didier a rempli toutes nos attentes. Super propre, fonctionnel, mignon et pratique. L'endroit est très chouette, et la maison charmante, à l'image de ses propriétaires. Martine et Didier nous ont accueilli avec simplicité et en sachant comment trouver le bon équilibre entre accueil chaleureux, et intimité, si souhaitée. Le bon petit déjeuner, avec confitures maison, les conseils sur les environs et les conversations intéressantes en bonus nous ont bcp plu (on a même eu droit à un petit pot de pesto d'ail des ours à emporter). Tout ce que personnellement nous attendons d'un super air bnb.

Die Lage ist toll. Die Zimmer sind schön und das Frühstück war auch ein Traum.

Worth every penny! Host was fantastic and extremely accommodating for our 16 month old. She had thought of everything we could possibly need and it was greatly appreciated. Breakfast was also amazing and again she had thought of everything! Room was spotlessly clean, very spacious with everything you could need.

A really lovely stay , gorgeous location stunning views. Breakfast was delicious and Lesley was so lovely and accommodating. We will definitely be staying again !

We had a great stay at Tamila's home! The bed was super comfortable and it was really lovely to read a book in the garden while drinking the high quality tea and coffee available. Over time we also learned that there are multiple "shortcuts" to arrive at the place (on foot), such that we could easily reach different parts of the town away from the main road. The apartment is just like described - no surprises there. Everything is clean, and the breakfast provided had high quality products and fruit. Tamila has been helpful and flexible, we arrived a bit earlier than scheduled yet it was no problem for letting us checking in earlier. Highly recommend!

François et moi étions au rendez-vous pour notre séjour chez Valérie et Fabrice. Nous avons été conquis par le lieu très bien situé pour découvrir la Côte d’Opale. Chambre et salle de bain parfaites et extrêmement bien entretenues, délicieux petits déjeuners, etc. Au-delà, de tout cela, nous avons rencontré de superbes personnes en Valérie et Fabrice. Valérie nous a donné d’excellents conseils concernant les lieux à visiter. Nous avons vécu de beaux moments de partage…MERCI ! Grâce à tout cela, nous sommes tombés amoureux de la Côte d’Opale. A revivre ? OUI !

A lovely, characterful home and an ideal base from which to explore Hartfield and Winnie-the-Pooh country. The bedroom was large and clean, with a huge and very comfortable bed. Val was a friendly and welcoming host. We would thoroughly recommend this place and we would be very happy to stay there again.

Absolutely amazing stay! Sarah’s place is a true hidden-gem and would recommend anyone to stay there!
