Set within a stunning Grade II listed farmstead, just 50 metres from the edge of the North York Moors National Park & with easy access of coastal walks, beaches & market towns including Whitby, Pickering, Filey, Cayton & Malton. Stylishly & comfortably furnished, the ground floor is roomy & open plan with a wood burner & under floor heating. The mezzanine bedroom has a super comfortable King size bed & bath.

Fabulous, Cosy, Unique Barn Conversion

Fabulous cosy barn conversion located in a quaint village but a stones throw from many of the lovely beaches located on the east Yorkshire coast. Fantastic wood burning hot tub in the rustic outside den for your private use. You will have the whole barn to yourself including balcony which includes a charcoal BBQ, you can sit and chill while watching the sun go down. Also private side garden. Inside there is a roaring log burner to snuggle up to. Pets are welcome but are limited to one please.

With its double height vaulted ceiling and full height double aspect windows the open plan kitchen living diner offers a light and airy space to unwind and enjoy the view of surrounding fields. The bedroom has a Kingsize bed, Egyptian cotton sheets and En-Suite shower room. The Bathroom offers complimentary Bramley products and cotton bathrobes. Both areas are underfloor heated. Amari is the annexe of a beautiful stone-built cottage, situated in the pretty North Yorkshire village of Flixton just a few miles from the stunning 5 mile beach of Filey. Visit this well-presented cottage providing everything that you need in a compact and charming fashion At Amari you have your own small enclosed garden and seating area, at the rear you will see fields and open country side with just a short walk to the Wolds Way. Local is Flamborough world heritage site & Bempton cliffs.

The Yellowhammer hut

Our Yellowhammer hut is named after the yellowhammer bird and last summer we had around 30 to 40 of them on the farm and they kept coming to see us when we were working so we had to name our new hut after them. It’s set right at the end near the apple and plum trees that belonged to the old orchard in what use to be the farmhouse kitchen garden. It’s a beautiful setting both quiet and peaceful (except sometimes for the sound of lambs and cattle sometimes) enjoy our meadow as much as we do.

Enjoy lazy mornings at Woodpeckers Cottage Silpho as you watch the sun rise over the sea from the sofa. Take your dog to the field (exclusively yours throughout your stay). Walk the footpaths through fields & forests to valleys with streams and hilltops with views. Drive to dog friendly beaches, picnic on the sand and breathe in the sea air. Return to the dog field for afternoon tea or a glass of wine, where a bench for two in a peaceful sun trap provides panoramic views of the setting sun.

Outside is a part-walled, sandstone patio with table and chairs and a large field which you are welcome to access.
