Sam’s place was beautiful! We felt right at home. The furniture was comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location was great. We got a free parking spot right outside of the door. Super convenient. We brought our dogs and it was perfect for them. Lots of places to walk and lots of things to do. It was just a short walk to the train. Sam was very easy to get ahold of and was a great host. I definitely recommend and we will be staying here again.

The house looked just like the beautiful photos & Jay was incredibly responsive throughout the visit. This home is located close to 290 to go downtown or further out to the 'burbs quickly. We needed a home to stay last minute, and Jay was accommodating to that as well - we were happy to find this spot with all the space we needed inside and out. As a bonus, we met neighbors who were very friendly.

Lisa was a great host and this is a great place. It's a small house, but worked great for what we needed it for and was close to our family that live in Evanston. It was also a great price. Additionally, there were games which was nice because we had our child with us. I would definitely recommend this place and I will be staying here again when we're in Evanston, hopefully Lisa's schedule will be open!

We decided to stay here as an alternative to staying in Chicago for a convention we were attending in Chicago. Location was as described and perfect for a weekend stay for my party of four. Would stay again!

This was a lovely place to stay! I was so intrigued by all of the furniture and decor, I could tell a lot of love had gone into setting up this place. The yard and surroundings were peaceful and gorgeous. I never expected such a serene location so close to Chicago. Cheri thought ahead and provided everything I could have wanted and then some - even some things I had forgotten, like creamer for coffee. Everything about the stay was great, I really appreciated it!
