Our neighborhood is close enough to downtown to enjoy walking to local restaurants, shops, Riverfront Park, and more. This studio apartment is the perfect get-away retreat for the outdoor enthusiast: 20 minutes to Silver Falls State Park, 2 miles from the quaint downtown Silverton, and well within driving distance of all the Willamette Valley has to offer. Enjoy your morning coffee on the private outdoor deck surrounded by beautiful trees and abundant wildlife. Our home is a safe space for all people. You'll be close to everything Salem! This is an entire unit in a duplex with privacy. Enjoy wifi, full coverage cell service, and Xfinity hotspot service. You'll have the entire place to yourself. My family lived here from 2015-2022 when we decided to move to a bigger place. We rent our place exclusively on Airbnb and our retired parents have the space nextdoor. We live close enough to help if any issues arrise. We'd love to interact if you desire.

Air conditioned Guest Cottage at Vista Manor

Guest cottage located in South Salem on a large wooded lot. Close to restaurants, grocery stores, Banks, Parks, Willamette University and Salem Hospital. The bedroom is upstairs king with a king size bed. The sofa bed that is a double, is on the first floor. When we enter into spring ants are out. If food is left out on counters and tables it will attract ants. I ask guests not to leave food out. Guests who have been conscientious have not had an issue.

This cozy guest house has a private entrance and exit. Located in a really nice, peaceful, quiet neighborhood with ample parking spaces. It is also located in the capital of Oregon, which in turn is located in the middle of everything!! such as; mountains, waterfalls, beaches, and many more places of interest. In addition, every morning a delicious Colombian coffee will be at your fingertips so you can start your mornings recharged with full of energy

Clean, Private guest studio with kitchenette stocked with water & arrival snacks, tea & coffee. Studio has queen bed and 2 floor mattress. TV can be used to watch Netflix. Very close to down town, Willamette University, fair grounds & State buildings which is only one mile away. Parking in driveway closest to my back door neighbor is provided. Small side yard. Sorry, we are no longer accepting cats.
