This villa in Viagreggio perfectly suited our needs. The space was exactly as described - the A/c was needed in the high temperatures. The property is ideally situated between the train station and the beach - it was approximately an 8 minute walk from the station, and 10 minute walk to the beach. Irene was a great host - responding very quickly to any questions we had.

Our stay at Teresa’s place was exceptional. The apartment is in a great location for walking to the beach, to shops, to restaurants, and parks, etc. Parking on the premises is a great boon. Also it is an ideal base for exploring Tuscany. The apartment is large, bright and well maintained. We felt very much at home here. Teresa and her husband are delightful, helpful, friendly and responsive hosts. We recommend this Airbnb most highly and hope to return.

anche se abbiamo trascorso solo una notte da Silvia possiamo dire che L'appartamento è bello e confortevole, le due camere sono spaziose, ideale per chi vuole soggiornare in 4, letti comodi. noi eravamo in 6 ed anche il divano letto è comodo; la sala grande quindi non ci sono problemi di spazio nemmeno quando è aperto. comodo il doppio bagno quando si è in tanti. si trova in una zona tranquilla. l'appartamento era ordinato e pulito. Host cordiale e accogliente; avevamo un impegno li vicino ed è stata molto gentile ad accoglierci all'orario che ci era più comodo. Lo consigliamo anche per le vacanze estive, se il prossimo anno saremo di nuovo in zona sarà la prima che contatteremo!

I spent a week in the house with my 2 kids. This was definitely the best Airbnb experience I've had. The house has all you need for a very pleasant vacation. The view from the windows and the garden elevate the whole experience and the excellent communication with Raffaele, his tips and assistance were much appreciated. I'll come back!

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche in Cristinas Haus in Fabbiano verbracht und dort unsere Auszeit vom Alltag sehr genossen. Das Haus ist wunderschön in den kleinen, ruhigen, sehr romantischen Ort eingebunden. Man geniest vom Garten aus einen wunderbaren Blick in das Tal und die Berge und kann vom Haus aus auch gleich eine schöne Wanderung aus unternehmen. Cristinas Empfang war sehr herzlich und gab uns das Gefühl, uns in ihrem Haus wirklich willkommen zu fühlen. Wir konnten sie jederzeit fragen, wenn wir Rat benötigten. Der Garten ist traumhaft. Leider war es für den Pool schon zu kalt. Dafür haben wir den Kamin sehr genossen. Trotz des durchwachsenen Wetters haben wir viel unternommen denn das Haus liegt zentral zwischen Meer, den Bergen und einiger sehr schöner Städte (z.B. Viareggio, Lucca, Pisa, Bargo). Da der Garten komplett eingezäunt ist, konnte sich auch unser Hund die ganze Zeit frei bewegen. Für kleine Familien, die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit lieben, ist das Haus ideal

We hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf. Het huis is echt groter dan op de foto’s. We hebben ons echt 8 dagen ontzettend thuis gevoeld. Communicatie met Laura de huis manager was super fijn. Leuk dat we haar nog even hebben mogen ontmoeten. Voor een uitval basis om noord Toscane waar je wil genieten van de rust is dit een super plek.

everything was perfect, the host waited for us despite our train was late for more than an hour, it was already past 11pm, and they checked with us if we had everything, the apartment was super clean, the garden was beautiful and the location also is pretty good. We had a great time!

If I could give more than five stars, I would! The apartment was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped for a comfortable stay. Miriam and Roberto considered every detail—from the super comfy beds to the warm welcome. It's perfectly located near the central station, making it easy to catch trains to Cinque Terre. Miriam communicated promptly and warmly, offering helpful local tips. It’s clear they truly care about their guests' experience. Despite our early morning checkout, they came to see us off and even drove our heavy bags to the station—such a kind gesture! Their hospitality made us feel like we were visiting friends. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone heading to the Cinque Terre region. Thank you, Miriam and Roberto, for making our visit so memorable!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans l’appartement de Daniella ! Il était confortable, bien équipé et au cœur du centre ville tout en étant accessible à pied depuis la gare. Idéal pour visiter La Spezia et les Cinque Terre !

Perfect apartment for our vacation of 6 days. Everything was like description! Albert response very quickly and helped wirth everything, The apartment was very close to beach and city center, also the apartment was large, very clean, the kitchen is full equiped. You will not regret if you choose this acomodation!

Modern, clean apartment with lots of space. Nice view of the sea of town. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you might need.

The apartment was as described in the ad, clean, everything worked, shower was good, beds comfortable, plenty of wardrobe space and kitchen was fine. Great location in the centre of Levanto on a shopping street on the 2nd floor, but not noisey and all you need really close, shops, supermarket, resteraunts, railway station and beach. There are steep stairs up to the apartment, but we had no problem with them. Antonella was very helpful and responsive. Overall we had a great stay and are already thinking of coming back. Fabulous location - right on the Main Street into Riomaggiore. You could really feel the ‘vibe’ when you opened the window. Serena was so lovely and even organised a car space for us which was very helpful. The apartment is light and airy and like everywhere in Riomaggiore the steps up to it are a killer, so just be careful.

Appartamento stupendo! Abbiamo soggiornato qua per tre giorni ed è stato tutto perfetto,dalla disponibilità di Massimo e suo padre nel fornirci tutte le indicazioni e i vari spunti su dove andare/cenare. L’appartamento è in una posizione molto comoda facilmente raggiungibile sia da Piazza Principe che da Brignole. Super disponibili e accoglienti Super consigliato!!!

Il soggiorno presso l'appartamento è stato semplicemente perfetto, super fornito di qualsiasi comodità che possa tornar utile per far sentire l'ospite come a casa, pulizia impeccabile e Nicoletta sempre disponibile, precisa nelle comunicazioni e super gentile nell'averci fatto trovare, al nostro arrivo, dei pensieri di benvenuto sia per noi adulti (vino chianti con due calici!!) e sia per le nostre piccole . sicuramente in futuro se decideremo di tornare dalle parti di Viareggio, sapremo dove andare!! appartamento e host super consigliati!!!

Ficamos no apartamento da Giulia por 18 dias, trabalhando durante a semana e fazendo passeios aos fins de semana. Foi fantástico. O apartamento e a localização são perfeitos. A maioria dos pontos de interesse estão ao redor do apartamento. A Giulia foi impecável, nos dando várias informações úteis e sendo super amistosa. Altamente recomendável. Obrigado por tudo Giulia.

Loved this apartment and the location. Very stylish, spacious, clean and a beautiful terrace. We had an amazing stay in Genoa and it was made all the better by this amazing accommodation. Hosts were warm, welcoming and accommodating. Thoroughly recommend!

Anna Maria è stata molto disponibile e ci ha fornito indicazioni chiare e precise per raggiungere l'appartamento. La soluzione offerta è perfetta per 4 persone, molto spaziosa, luminosa e fornita di tutti i comfort, a pochi metri dal centro di Monterosso e con supermercato e parafarmacia adiacenti.

Apartamento bem grande, dois quartos. Muito bom para quem vai a La Spezia em família. A localização é perfeita, perto da estação central de trêm e perto do centro histórico.

Ottimo soggiorno! Casa pulita, accogliente e in una posizione comoda. Host gentile e disponibile. Tutto perfetto, tornerò volentieri!
