Green Gables Lakehouse

Inspired by Anne of Green Gables and beautifully remodeled by Beach & Blvd, this 1915 lakehouse will bring a wonderful sense of serenity to your next escape. This waterfront home is located on Lake Martha, a 60-acre body of water that's great for swimming, boating, and year-round fishing. Enjoy the private dock, a large shaded porch, firepit, BBQ and an expansive lawn rolling down to the lake's edge. Gas-powered motorboats not permitted. 2 kayaks, pedal boats, and standup paddleboards provided.

The view from the queen sized bed is magical, and the partially covered deck shares the same view. The unit is complete with toaster oven, microwave, 2 burner induction stove, small refrigerator and bathroom with shower. This unit shares the property with another Tiny Home where the owner lives full time.

Hummingbird Hideaway is a cozy king-bed tiny house on our working farm near Freeland. Relax in the fenced front yard with two covered macramé swings and a propane fire table—perfect for pets and people. It's 15 min from the Clinton ferry, 1.5 mi to Freeland, and 10 min to Langley. It's close to Double Bluff Beach with off-leash dog area, shops, and trails. The space is semi-rustic and partly off-grid (limited electricity, composting toilet).
