The space was absolutely spic and span, with a very comfortable bed and linens. VERY quiet, we slept like the dead 🤣. My wife loved the chic/comfy vibe, and especially appreciated the Keurig coffee maker. It was an easy, pleasant walk to the waterfront where we had dinner the first night. Just an Fyi to bigger folk: the shower is beautiful but not much bigger than a phone booth (remember those?). I'm 6' and 200lbs and had plenty of room, but if I was 250+ it might have been tight. No shade! Just don't want anyone being adversely surprised! Would definitely stay here again!

Maggie is kind and helpful - also very responsive. Her home is beautiful and clean. I would recommend to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay.

We had a wonderful time! Everything was exactly as described, lots of space and had everything we needed. The backyard was absolutely amazing to hang out in and we would definately recommend to book this house! Lots of fun places to go to and only 9 min drive from the kingston waterfront. Rory was amazing, great communication and I highly suggest him as a host. Hopefully we can book again in the future!

The location is fantastic. Apartment is spacious and met all our needs. It was clean, and very nice linens. We were able to walk the downtown area. Excellent restaurants within a few minutes of walking. Soren is an excellent host and responded to questions quickly. Checking in was flawless. Instructions were detailed. We would stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay. Rebecca was kind, helpful and just a great person! Her place felt like an escape, on an island between 🇺🇸 and 🇨🇦. The dock was just lovely. Will definitely be planning another stay

A great stay in Kingston for our family of three. A clean and comfortable space with all of the amenities of home. We appreciated the laundry detergent available and the spices and oil for cooking. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, cutting boards, pots and pans. We definitely recommend!

We were visiting family in the area and loved the private property and spacious home. The house was very clean, and our kids loved playing outside in the yard with their cousins. The long driveway was great for the kids to ride their bikes and go on nature walks. We enjoyed a couple campfires out back, and played yard games during the day.

It was a wonderful stay for one night, highly recommend. Clean and tidy and had all the amenities needed.

Our stay was amazing. Simply put the lake house us relaxing, with everything was easy. The home is clean with everything we needed for the best mini vacation. Our dogs enjoyed the comfort as did we for having a space we can travel that is inclusive to dig parents. The lake house is a home, away from home that provides a space to visit with family who live in this area. The scene out the windows I pure magic. I always look forward to my stays at Erik and Lise Anne’s. they are always very gracious and helpful. Response time for issues is great. Donna, the co host, is magnificent and so kind. The kind of place that makes you feel like your home away from home. Will return many times!

5 stars – Wonderful stay! Sarah's house was excellent! She was incredibly easy to communicate with and very accommodating throughout our stay. The home was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as described in the listing. There were several thoughtful touches that made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. We truly appreciated the attention to detail. I would absolutely recommend this place and look forward to staying again in the future!
