This new luxury self-catering, one bedroom apartment provides a perfect blend of comfort and convenience. It is finished to a very high standard with its own private access, private patio area and views of our large garden. It adjoins our family home in the quiet village of Fulbourn, outside Cambridge. It is ideally located for visits to Cambridge, Addenbrooke's, Newmarket etc. Please note we are not within walking distance of Cambridge but it is easily accessible by car, taxi, Uber or bike!

A fully renovated two storey characterful one bedroom house converted from an original Saddlery shop. The house adjoins our main home and is completely self contained with a private entrance. Everything is new to include Karndean flooring and carpets, open plan kitchen with Quartz worktops with Siemens appliances, built in fridge, breakfast bar, double glazed windows, solid oak doors, first floor sparkling shower room en-suite. Welcome to our cosy private studio in the Cherry Hinton area of Cambridge. Our studio has everything you need for a comfortable short stay. The property is located 3 miles from the city centre in a quiet neighbourhood with access to the property separate from the main house. Parking is available at the property. The A14 is 3 minutes away and the M11 is under 10 minutes. Having always been Cambridge residents, we are very knowledgeable about the local area and can provide lots of tips.

With free (on road) parking and good food at the village pub, it's perfect for exploring nearby Cambridge or Duxford Air Show accommodation.

Cosy self contained annex

A newly built, small but practical, self contained annex adjoined to the side of the main house by the side and from the ceiling. It has it's own entrance for privacy and a key safe that allows guests to let themselves in. It's an ideal place for a short term stay and offers good value in a very expensive city. It has a small kitchen area with microwave, toaster, mini fridge and kettle. The annex also has a desk work space and a shower.
