The peculiarity of the estate is the Castle of Sorgnano, whose origins date back to the Lombard period which, suspended between earth and sky, stands perched on the south-west edge of the estate.

Antica casa dell' 800, luminosa e panoramica, affacciata sulla piana del Tevere tra Todi e Perugia, completamente ristrutturata, nel centro storico di Deruta, il paese dell’arte civile. E' indipendente, con doppio accesso dall’esterno e con giardino delimitato. Era in origine la limonaia e casetta del giardiniere della proprietà.
