Sandy è stata un'oste accogliente e precisa che opera con organizzazione e in sordina. Vi manderà tutte le indicazioni per conoscere i luoghi vicini ma soprattutto vi darà informazioni precise sulla casa. Ho adorato questo, l'arredamento, la cucina attrezzata come quella di casa e addirittura le piante aromatiche al davanzale.

I loved the apartment, it had everything I needed and more. I especially liked the balcony towards the sea. The apartment is light and clean and felt like home. The area is very quiet in october and a little more lively in september. The beach is very nice.

We are just back from our lovely holiday in Rome where we stayed at Filomena's place. The house was great with all that you require for a comfortable stay. It was clean, nicely furnished and felt right at home. Filomena was very helpful with any questions, local recommendations for places to eat and were very responsive as well. Overall an amazing stay and would recommend Filomena's place to anybody looking for an accommodation in Rome.

Hi, I had a wonderful stay at the studio. It was an excellent base to explore Rome. Very walkable and access to many buses. Close to the Piazza Novona, River Tiber and lovely walk along the river to the Vatican. The studio was comfortable, very clean and had all I needed for my stay. A washing machine was a bonus. Clear instructions and information, while Manuela was a a great host. Manuela was friendly, helpful and ready to provide assistance if needed. Over all a great host and recommended accommodation. 5 Sterne, auch wenn es ein paar Anregungen gibt: wir waren zum mobilen Arbeiten mit unserer 12jährigen Tochter für 10 Tage dort. Man fühlt sich sofort zu Hause, die untere Etage mit Schlaf-, Wohnzimmer, Dusche/Bad/Wc ist perfekt fürs Kind mit Wunsch nach etwas Raum für sich. Küche war toll eingerichtet, generell alles sauber und die Panoramascheiben im WZ sind fantastisch, und danke für die Moskitonetze. kleine Anregungen: - im Duschraum oben hinten fangen die Fugen an zu schimmeln...jetzt kann man noch alles in den Griff bekommen - das Zimmer unten (ausgerechnet) hat kein TV. Die TV in den oberen Schlafzimmern sind defekt und der im WZ zeigt keine deutschen Sender. Wir kamen die 10 Tage ohne aus, aber es wäre schön, zumindest mal ARD/ZDF schauen zu können - das Bücherboard hat nicht ein deutsches (Jugendbuch), schade - grösstes Manko, das WLAN ist mit ca 3Mbit/0,6Mbit am optimalen Sitzplatz im WZ zu langsam um ausreichend arbeiten, geschweigedenn Filme streamen zu können...

Posto delizioso, curato, essenziale, perfetto per chi desidera un soggiorno tranquillo e di relax con i propri amici a 4 zampe… La casa é recintata e dunque perfetta per lasciare i cani liberi , troverete un delizioso giardino ombreggiato da ulivi con lettini prendi sole e doccia esterna. Il patio con il tavolino esterno ci ha permesso di mangiare fuori e godere del posto. A due passi dalla casetta una stradina privata vi porterà alla spiaggia del lago, anch’essa tranquilla e perfetta per pace e relax…che dire per noi , oltre le aspettative rimarrete più che soddisfatti.
