Great stay, very convenient location to walk to the seawall. Everything needed to cook, would stay again.

This house is probably the best location for it’s walkability to the coolest strip of beach in Surfside. The place was clean and creatively decorated—looks like newly renovated floors and countertops with custom art on the walls. Very chill, surfer vibe with a nice dark second bedroom for my wife to sleep in. Wi-Fi was strong enough for uninterrupted video calls and roku. Plus there’s some good eating nearby—fancy and dirty Cajun alike.

This is a great place to stay, easy beach access, peaceful, felt like we were at home. I would recommend this to my friends and we will be back next year.

My family and I loved the house and felt right at home! The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. Steve was quick to respond with any questions we had. Will definitely stay here again!

Great location, near to beach, restaurants. Small, cozy place good for a couple of night stay. We stayed for 2 nights and with a 3 year old. Eduardo is very responsive and took great care of us. He kept checking if we were in need of anything alert from everything his place already had. We would love to come back next time we are here. Only thing we had trouble with was the noise of the window acs. But that is not a big thing and manageable.

The house was very nice and clean, and the hosts were super friendly and welcoming. It was also extremely quiet—didn’t hear a thing during our stay, which made it even more relaxing. One thing to note: pay close attention to the host’s instructions for parking, as the designated spot can be a little tricky to locate. Also, both cars must be compact or they won’t fit in the space. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again!

Hunter was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond whenever I had questions. The home itself was lovely in a great area and the perfect place for me and my dog.

This is my second stay at Angelina’s property. She is always responsive, the home is well kept and private. The location allows you to get to the major parts of the city within 20 mins. Quick access to the interstate and surface routes. The house is good condition and comfortable. Every thing works and the water stays hot. I’ll be booking again.

We had a wonderful time staying at The Peaceful Pearl. What a little GEM!! Totally stocked with more than you could imagine. Such a comfortable and homey stay. We look forward to booking again! Alysha was a most attentive host. Very friendly and helpful. Oh, and AC will freeze you out if you want!

We have been staying at rental properties all over the world for many years and at least in USA this place is hands down the best that we have stayed at due to a combination of factors and I wish I could give it >5 stars . It is in a very nice Heights neighborhood ,with lots of excellent restaurants ,very walkable safe streets( it's a big city and normal caution is advised), they have a very nice front and backyard with a hot tub and throughout the house beautiful artistic touches . they have not cringed on any appliance etc including the bathrooms .They have thought of so many small details about what the guests will need and should not have to carry with them,even some very nice accessories that my daughter needed for taking care of her hair! The place is actually nicer than in the photographs. I only wish they can communicate codes to entry lock earlier than 11 AM the same day as it causes unnecessary stress and they seemed to be open to that.
