You’ll treasure your time at this memorable place . You are walking distance from the beach. This camper is a brand new 2022!!You have a very large yard on the canal where you can fish and crab. The beach is a mile down the road and there is access to a private boat ramp. The camper has 2 air conditioners. The RV site is covered and on a large concrete area. The cover will provide shade during the Texas heat and also from any rain!

The RV is surprisingly spacious, allowing a comfortable and affordable stay in the charming Heights neighborhood area surrounded by 1940 bungalow homes along with new construction of New Orleans style homes. It's a very fun and private space!
