We absolutely loved our stay here. We were bowled over by the size of the villa and the outdoor space, even better than the photos suggested. We enjoyed spending time around the pool, eating outdoors and taking in the panoramic views each day and looking out over the mountains at sunset. We walked into town several times, Altea is stunning with lots of lovely restaurants. So much to see around the area. Would highly recommend!

Ubicación perfecta para amantes de la montaña y la naturaleza. La casa con preciosas vistas y bien equipada. Los anfitriones muy atentos. Muy recomendable.

Es una casa muy bonita situada muy cerca del mar, en la zona de las Rotes, la mas bonita a mi parecer de Denia. AItor fue muy atento, con una explicacion genial a la llegada de la casa, puntual y educado. La casa cumplia todas las expectativas, tanto con la descripción con lo que nosotros buscabamos . Mi mujer y yo hemos pasado unos dias estupendos, en la casa, en las playas, en los restaurantes. En resumen, todo fue excelente y felicito a Aitor por saber tener un espacio tan bonito y con una comunicación excelente. A todo un 10 !!! Repetiremos seguro ... ya tenemos nuestra casa en Denia !!!!

Nuestra estancia fue muy agradable. Silvia y su marido nos recibieron al llegar facilitándonos todas las instrucciones y cosas que hacer allí. Nos sorprendió con dos monas de pascua para mis nenes y un pan quemado que estaban riquísimos!!! Unos anfitriones de diez! Hemos estado como en casa y nos ha hecho un clima maravilloso. La casa está en una zona preciosa , cerca del mar y en montaña. Ideal para pasar en familia unos días y disfrutar de Moraira. Gracias Silvia!!!

Todo perfecto, Eduardo ha sido muy amable y atento. La estancia ha sido estupenda y el chalet estaba muy cuidado, con mucho detalle y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días de relax maravillosos. Muy recomendable. Sin duda repetiría.

Had the most wonderful stay, the villa was spotless so much space and in a really peaceful location. Lucia was a 10/10 host so kind, very attentive and looked after us. From booking taxis to a very informative check in. Communication was always quick and reliable. Hope to come back in the future. Thank you for a great stay

Ha sido una estancia perfecta. La distribución de la casa es maravillosa para disfrutar de todos los ambientes. La piscina tenía el agua súper limpia y la zona de la barbacoa de lo más bonito de la casa. Equipada al completo. La comunicación con Jorge ha sido estupenda y ha sido muy atento y amable. Sin duda alguna, cuando pensemos en una casa preciosa en un entorno tranquilo y bonito, pensaremos en la casa de Jorge.

Casa, zona, instalaciones y caseros espectaculares, sitio para ir a todo, tanto descansar como para ir a disfrutar de un buen finde con amigos, todo esta en perfectas condiciones y de buena calidad, muchas gracias por todo, seguro que volvemos!!

What a beautiful villa! We just returned from the most wonderful stay here at Casa Buho. Our family of 6 enjoyed every minute. The setting is spectacular, swimming in the pool with Montgo behind us, sitting on the Naya to enjoy a meal with views over the nearby villages, we truly did not want to leave. The villa is very well equipped; the kitchen is well stocked with both suitable appliances and equipment for cooking meals at home, the rooms have ample storage and space for comfort, and both bathrooms are spacious. The property is very secure, we felt so safe here. There is an electric gate for entry, and all the doors have metal shutters for extra security and an alarm. The AC is only located in the bedrooms, so during this heatwave, we found that if we kept all exterior doors closed and shutters down, and kept the AC on in the lower rooms, the house was at a comfortable temperature. It's worth noting the house layout, the master room is on the first floor with its own ensuite; separate bath and shower, and a double sink. On the ground floor, you will find the other bedrooms, one double room, one twin room, and the second bathroom (double sink, bath, and separate shower. Communication with Carolina was always prompt, and any issues we had during our stay were dealt with quickly. The sink tap in the kitchen became loose and a plumber was sent out the same day. Xabia town is perfect, there are many bars and restaurants along both the sea front and within the old town, as well as the local larger supermarkets like Mercadonna. There is also a very well-stocked local store at the bottom of the road, La Ermita Local Market, which had everything we needed, fresh fruit, veg and salad, meat, as well as an in-store bakery for the most amazing fresh bread, pastries, and quiches. We mainly shopped here as it was so convenient. There are so many good restaurants very close by, Mongto Restaurant served grilled meats and fish with simple sides, and Los Almendros offers a wide menu with starters, mains and dessert, plus a glass of wine or beer for an extremely low set price. Punta Benemaquia was also perfect, traditional Spanish cuisine in a lovely outdoor setting. Slightly further away, but restaurants worth trying, Terra, Da Giulia, there is an amazing account on IG @costa_blanca_restaurants have some amazing suggestions and we tried quite a few of them! 
There are some incredibly beautiful beaches a short drive away. Granadella and Portixol deserve special mentions. Both car parks fill up very early in high season, so getting there for 8am just about gets you a spot as the walks down hill to these beaches are hard work in the heat or with small children. Cala Clemence, the beach bar & restaurant on Cala de Portixol is exceptionalThe food here, drinks, decor and setting are not to be missed and most certainly our favourite meal here in the Xabia region. The local towns like Gata de Gorgos, fantastic town for basket bags, rugs and ceramics, I spent a lot here! Jesus Pobre is also good for smaller bars, and a very good pharmacy should you need anything on your holiday, we visited a few times! The night market in Denia is a great destination for an evening stroll along the marina, a drink and lots of jewellery stalls. The children loved this. We came back to the Marina for a boat tour with Mundo Marino, we did the 5 hour boat trip to Granadella which was fantastic. Amazing staff, food on the boat was also great, highly recommended.

Other fun days out were to Las Fuentes del Algar, the natural water springs and Aqualandia waterpark. We cannot wait to return to Xabia, and will definitely stay at Casa Buho, we couldn't fault a single thing!

Fuimos a celebrar mi cumpleaños y quedamos todos encantados! Buena ubicación y entorno muy tranquilo. Disponíamos de todo lo necesario para pasar el fin de semana, desde los servicios como el de barbacoa hasta ropa de baño! Jose Manuel muy amable y atento! Repetiremos y recomendamos sin duda!

Casa muy amplia y con muchas comodidades, aire acondicionado, tv en los cuartos, lavadora, secadora,... Amplia piscina y fantástico jacuzzi. Excelente casa para familias amplias.

A családommal nagyon kellemes 10 napot töltöttünk a szálláson. Érkezéskor a házigazda nagyon kedvesen fogadott minket, a ház tiszta volt, a kommunikáció könnyen ment. A hàz hatalmas, tökéletes egy nagyobb társasàg elszállásolására is, a mi 9 fős csapatunk is kényelmesen elfért! A házigazdák fantasztikusak, nagyon barátságosak és segítőkészek, kommunikatívak és mindenben rendelkezésünkre álltak! A környék békés, csendes és nyugodt, a kilátás a házból gyönyörű! A terasz és a szuper medence méginkább kényelmessé teszi az ott tartózkodást! Minden szoba légkondicionált, a konyha tökéletesen felszerelt és elegendő fürdőszoba is rendelkezésre áll! Köszönjük ezt a szuper szállást, nagyon jól éreztük magunkat! Aki ebben a térségben keres szállást válassza ezt a csodás helyet mert garantáljuk, hogy nem fog csalódni!!

LA TERRAZA CON VISTAS A LA PISCINA ES MUY AGRADABLE PARA ESTAR TODOS REUNIDOS. LO HEMOS PASADO GENIAL Y SIN DUDA REPETIREMOS. EL ANFITRION, ONOFRE, NOS DIO TODO TIPO DE FACILIDADES, TANTO PARA LA ENTRADA COMO PARA LA SALIDA. LO RECOMENDARIA 100%.

Amplia casa en una zona tranquila, idónea para grupos grandes de personas. Buena comunicación con el anfitrión

Estuvimos alojados en Villa Satori del 3 al 17 días de agosto de 2024. La villa está bastante bien, tiene varias actividades para pasar el tiempo, juegos de mesa, ping pong, boxeo. Además, la piscina tiene chorros de agua, un cañón ,cortina de agua y luces de colores lo que la hace bastante atractiva. También, el jacuzzi es ideal para relajarse con sus chorros y luces de colores. Nos ha gustado mucho, por poner un pero es que la villa tiene un solo baño y para 10 personas que hemos ido se queda pequeño, aunque nos acabamos acostumbrando y ya se lo comentamos al dueño, Antonio. Un punto positivo es que todas las habitaciones tenían televisión y aire acondicionado. Por último, destacar la amabilidad de Antonio disponible en todo momento para cualquier problema que pueda surgir.

This villa is stunning, as is the location. There was so much outside space, the mountain walls are beautiful and the sea is near enough on the doorstep. We went in November and there was only one restaurant open which closed mid afternoon, however taxis to the town weren’t too expensive so I’d didn’t cause a problem and was worth this to stay in such a beautiful home and surroundings. Gema was extremely friendly and helpful and very accommodating and was always quick to reply when contacted. Highly recommend.

Het huis was prachtig, schoon en heel compleet, voorzien van werkelijk alle gemakken. Perfect voor een gezinsvakantie. Buiten zijn verschillende leuke zithoeken en daardoor op elk moment van de dag ergens een fijne plek in de zon of schaduw. De BBQ was ook top. Ook het zwembad is mooi en wordt goed onderhouden. Dat je zo het strand op kunt lopen (3 minuten) maakt het helemaal af. Fantastische plek! Tot slot, host Johan (en zijn vrouw) zijn enorm vriendelijk, servicegericht en responsief. Geeft je het gevoel ieder moment klaar te staan. Dank voor een heerlijke week!

Es una casa fantástica, con un entorno maravilloso 😍 tiene todas las comodidades, las vistas increíbles, una experiencia para repetir, volveremos seguro!

This was our second visit here (we came Easter 2024), so we knew what to expect. As previously, the house was/is fantastically located for beaches, the tram network up and down the coast, and a great base for a simple family holiday. Pablo is a fantastic host, and the house, although not fancy, suited us perfectly. We loved it! P.s the outdoor shower is our favourite!

Nuestra estancia en la casa fue fantástica. La vivienda es súper cómoda y está equipada con todo lo necesario para unas vacaciones perfectas: cuenta con dos salones espaciosos, cocinas completas, juegos para niños y sofás muy confortables. Pero lo que más nos sorprendió fueron las camas y almohadas, completamente nuevas y comodísimas, algo poco habitual en un alojamiento vacacional. La atención del dueño ha sido excelente desde el primer momento, proporcionándonos información útil sobre la zona y todos los detalles de la casa. Siempre estuvo atento y disponible para cualquier consulta. Además, tuvo el detalle de enviarnos de inmediato unos AirPods que olvidamos en la casa, lo que demuestra su gran atención y amabilidad. Sin duda, una casa fantástica a la que nos encantará volver.

Raul y Desiré se portaron fenomenal con nosotros, super atentos a la hora de la comunicación hicieron que la llegada se sintiera perfecta aunque hicimos la reserva con tan solo 2 días de anticipación! El chalet es una autentica maravilla, super bien equipado y decorado, con una vista espléndida tanto desde el balcón como desde los cuartos. El destino ideal para pasar unos días de playa, hay un chiringuito muy guay junto a la playa (ideal para tardeo).

Fue excelente desde el principio, Tere respondía rápido a cualquier duda que teníamos, nos indico como llegar fácilmente, y una vez llegamos nos encantó su amabilidad y cercanía, sobre la casa además de ser un remanso de paz, la limpieza de la casa excelente, olia super bien, cuidado en cada detalle !😍 cápsulas de café y fruta, toallas de baño y piscina, detalles en el baño, juegos de mesa, carbón para bbk! Fue atenta en todo momento y nos hizo muy cómoda la estancia. un 10 de 10. Gracias Tere . Volveremos 💕

Mi familia y yo hemos pasado unos días estupendos en la casa de Salvador, no nos ha faltado nada y sobre todo hemos disfrutado de la cercanía a la espectacular playa de Oliva y del jardín que cuenta con una amplia mesa, una sombrilla grande y muy bien situada, incluso una barbacoa de obra. Ha sido todo un acierto y seguro que repetiremos
