Perfect spot for me and my 12-year old son. We loved staying at Katy's while visiting Pigeon Forge and Dollywood. I felt safe and right at home. I loved seeing the chickens (yard raptors the sign said, lol) and the chatty goose. I enjoyed the private balcony and the listening to the babbling brook. I sat out there in the rain just listening. We look forward to visiting again. thank you Katy and family for a wonderful experience.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at "The Nut Farm", a beautiful property in Seymour, Tennessee. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a spotless, well-maintained home. The location was perfect, offering stunning views of the surrounding mountains and easy access to local attractions. The house itself was cozy and equipped with all the amenities one could need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the living area was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. We especially loved the outdoor space, where we enjoyed morning coffee while taking in the serene landscape. Kathy went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They provided great recommendations for local restaurants and activities. We highly recommend staying at The Nut Farm property if you're looking for a peaceful and memorable getaway in Seymour, Tennessee. We can't wait to return!

Booked this place for my parents 25th wedding anniversary. They loved how close it was to town, and how easy it was to find. The main farmhouse was beautiful as well

This farmhouse was gorgeous and extremely cozy. I loved the old vintage and rustic look and feel of it. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy alone time with my husband. The sunroom was absolutely to die for! Perfect for sitting with a good book and cup of coffee. You could relax and watch the birds nesting outside the window. Highly recommend a stay in this sweet little farmhouse.

My wife and I cannot thank the host enough. It was our anniversary weekend, and we couldn't have picked a better place to stay. The owner actually informed us of bears being in the area, and we were able to see them! Great hospitality, super clean, stunning beyond words, and somewhere we will probably venture to again.

Amazing location, amazing bunkhouse! Had a great time cooking dinner and making s'mores around the fire pit. Nice secluded area, but close to any type of hiking you want to do (there is literally a trail right on the property). Would definitely (and have briefly discussed already) come back again!

This was my first RBNB. I was completely satisified. The host was very nice and new exactly what a visitor would need to.make the visit "just like.home!" This is also.a great place to bring your pet!!!! Perfect for a couple to enjoy a honeymoon or for a mom and her daughter (my case). The shower is AMAZING. Good Job Jeremy and Family.

A great little place convenient to Sevierville and Pigeon Forge, away from the usual traffic and quite peaceful.

First time in Tennessee and it did not disappoint!! I wanted a scenic view , peaceful area and something near everything but not too busy . Jenna's place will give you exactly that . Place matched the pictures. The neighbors are very nice too . I hope to come back soon !! Me and my family truly enjoyed this place !!

Jeff and Suzanne's place suited us the best for accessing the Park and making the most of our time in the Great Smoky Mountains. The place was quiet, clean and comfortable. We appreciated the washer to catch up on laundry. The wifi was helpful too as there was no mobile coverage for us.

Amazing stay! Matt and Betsy were extremely top notch hosts. Very pleasant and helpful. The house was a true gem. It was very spacious and in a quiet and peaceful area. Everything was spotless. The kids thoroughly enjoyed sitting by the fire pit and making s’mores. We also got a chance to take advantage of the charcoal grill. I was a little worried about how windy the roads were but take it from someone who can’t stand windy mountain roads. It really isn’t that bad and the scenic views are stunning!! I highly recommend.
