Ferienunterkünfte mit Kamin in Gelemiş

This house is beautiful. The garden and pool are well kept and clean. The house is also very clean with lots of communal space and private spaces if people need some quiet time. The location is good, on a Dolmus route and with a taxi button just outside. The road is noisy but the plot is completely private and we got used to the noise so it wasn't a problem for us. There is a lovely pizza place 2 mins walk away and plenty of shops and restaurants 10 mins walk away. The host is very helpful and responsive. We had a lovely stay - we did scuba diving, visited Kayakoy, Calis Beach and Butterfly Valley via the water taxi and shuttle boat service - you don't always need to book the day long trips. We enjoyed going out for the morning, relaxing back at the villa in the afternoon and going out again in the evening. We had a lovely holiday. Thank you.

Her şey çok güzeldi. Tertemiz bir evdi, her şey temiz kokuyordu. Sunulan tüm imkanlar iyiydi. Mutfak için tüm araç gereçler mevcuttu. Neredeyse ev ile ilgili her şey mükemmeldi. Sadece kaldığımızın 2.günü yoğun yağış sebebiyle evi su bastı. Fakat ev çabucak temizlendi, ıslanan eşyalar yenileriyle değiştirildi. Temizliğe gelen çift çok tatlıydı. Bu durumla alakalı ev sahibinden bir özür beklerdik. Yine de yardımcı oldu ve her aradığımızda ona ulaşabildik, bundan dolayı memnun kaldık.

Niezwykle klimatyczne miejsce. Bardzo dobry punkt wypadowy, żeby zwiedzić okolicę. W pobliżu znajdują się dobre restauracje. Miejsce w którym można wypocząć, niedaleko do morza, o wiele spokojniej niż na samym wybrzeżu. Dzieciom najbardziej podobały się koty.

Uzun süreli konakladığımız bu ev çok huzurlu ve sakin geçti. Levent bey bize çok yardımcı oldu, sorularımıza hızlı bir şekilde dönüş yaptı. Elimizde olsa tatilimizi daha da uzatacağımız çok keyifli bir zaman geçirdik. Her şey için tekrar teşekkürler.

Great host, great communication. Beautiful home in peaceful surroundings. Would love to come back to this special place to wake up to that incredible view and swim again with the sea turtles one day!

Нам понравился дом, он красивый, аутентичный, присутствует множество ярких деталей приятных глазу. в спальнях кондиционеры, что очень спасало в жару, также кондиционер в гостиной, где тоже проводили много времени, техника, которой пользовались была исправна (стиральная машинка, чайник и другое), но по приезду присутствовал запах старины, который за ночь выветрился. только один нормально функционирующий душ, нас было четверо, поэтому долго ждать не приходилось. Рядом есть смотровая площадка, буквально в 30 минутах ходьбы. Красивый вид с террасы на гору и город. Нужно учитывать тот факт, что без машины до него сложно добраться из города и когда заказывали еду на дом, все курьеры не могли его сразу же найти, поэтому будьте готовы, что придется с ними общаться, и не всегда на английском. С заселением и выселением никаких проблем не возникло. В целом приятное ощущение как из детства, что приехал к бабушке в деревню. Спасибо за гостеприимство!

Es ist eine sehr schöne Unterkunft in einer guten Lage - die Kommunikation mit Askin war sehr gut. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Hayam Evi was the perfect base for our off-season holiday in Kalkan. The house is exceptionally well equipped and we felt at home immediately. We particularly liked the rooftop terrace for soaking up some spring sunshine and were visited there by some intrepid local cats. My son loved the fact we were so close to the beach and several times a day marched down in his wetsuit for a chilly dip! We went out everyday to visit local archaeological sites and walk some of the Lycian Way and it was wonderful to come back to the cosiness of the house. Thanks Deborah. We'll be back!

We had a truly wonderful week at Sage House. Superb location with breathtaking views from the lovely terrace, gorgeous little house, beautifully decorated. Olivia and Süha were fantastic hosts - they even took us to the annual 11km walk celebrating Patara villager’s nomadic past, and we walked with locals through stunning scenery accompanied by musicians, dancers, horses sheep and camels! Patara village and the beach are just as unspoiled as they were when I used to visit in the 90s. Will definitely be back again soon!

Everything was great. Aydın just lived downstairs and was very helpful. Whenever we had a question or needed some help or support, he was always there to help andanswer our questions. Definitely recommend it!

This apartment is nothing short of sensational value for money. We stayed 3 nights and wish we could have stayed longer! The views are stunning, the apartment feels private somehow even though there are a couple of others nearby. The pool offered plenty of fun for the kids. The apartment was very spacious in all areas (except the kitchenette which was slightly small but we managed) and very clean. Excellent hot water pressure! The balcony with views of the Mediterranean really made this place, plus the quietness. It’s only a small 5 minute drive to the heart of Kas which was exactly what we wanted, close enough for exploring but a few minutes out of the busyness. Highly recommend this place and it’s lovely host Şahin :)

This is our second visit and we highly recommend it. Great hosts friendly cat who visited daily. Perfect terrace for sunbathing watching the sun go down and having BBQ. If you enjoy relaxing and sunbathing this is the place for you.

Ben sakin,sessiz ama denize de yakın bir yer istiyordum.Ali nin yeri kesinlikle istediğim gibi bir yerdi.Kendi aracımızla gittiğimiz için alışveriş yerlerine,plajlara,Kalkana gitmek çok basitti.Evi çok temiz teslim aldık,bu konuda ayrıca çok teşekkür ederim.Genelde yaptığımız tatillerde sivrisinek problemi yaşardık ama bu yıl bunu hiç yaşamadık ve bu çok güzeldi.Evde ki eşyalar yeterli ve temizdi.Çamaşır ve bulaşık makinesi için deterjan bulundurmaları ince bir davranıştı.10 gün çok keyifli bir tatil geçirdik.Kaş ta bir daha tatil yapmak istersek kesinlikle tekrar geliriz.

Öncelikle Melek Hanım’a çok hızlı iletişimi için teşekkür ediyorum. 2 aile olarak misafir olduk. Bizleri anne ve babası karşıladı ve gerçekten kendimizi evimizde hissettik :) özellikle küçük çocuklarımız için rahat hareket edecekleri geniş bir ortam vardı gerek evin içinde gerekse evin bahçesinde. Özetle temizliği düzeni her şey çok iyiydi, emeklerinize sağlık çok teşekkür ediyoruz :)

İlk defa uygulama üzerinden yer ayarladık. Şaban Bey çok iyi bir ev sahibi hayatımda bu kadar temiz bir otel/apart görmedim. hersey anlatılanlardan da harika. evde ihtiyaç duyabileceğiniz hersey mevcut. Öludenize fethiye merkeze plajlara vb yerlere yakın. konum olarak çok güzel, sakın tam kafa dinlemelik. cocuklar çok mutlu oldu havuzdan hiç çıkmak istemediler . akşamları hava çok güzel oluyor hiç bunaltıcı bir hava yoktu. havuz başında akşamları uzun uzun oturup çayınızı kahvenizi icebiliyorsunuz.

Hatice et son épouse ainsi que ses proches sont des gens chaleureux et accueillants. Le logement est excellent, il était au delà de nos attente. À conseillé vivement.

hersey soylendigi gibiydi, ev denize biraz uzakti (7 km ) ama iyiki uzakmis,ev yukarida kaldigi icin gunduz ve aksam esiyordu,asagi sahil tarafinda bukadar rahat oturamazdik sicaktan dolayi. ev den son derece memmun kaldik hersey dusunulmustu. kismetse birdahakime yine emin can beyle bu konuda irtibata gececegiz.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in dieser Villa. Check in erfolgte nach Absprache früher als angegeben. Das war für uns zeitlich perfekt. Serkan hat es passend gemacht. Auch wurde sich ehrlich um unsere Zufriedenheit bemüht. Die Villa ist ein Traum! Der Ausblick ist unbezahlbar. Die Räumlichkeiten waren sauber. Von allen Zimmern aus hat man einen wunderschönen Blick aufs Meer. Große Bodentiefe Doppelfenster. Mann kann von der Unterkunft aus runter zu einer kleinen einsamen Bucht laufen. Das Haus ist ziemlich abgelegen. Wir sind öfters zum Kaputaș Beach gefahren. Ein Traum von einer Bucht. Wir hatem Glück und sind auf ein gutes Restaurant gestoßen wo wir uns entweder Essen zum Strand mitgenommen haben oder auf dem Heimweg... Asir Restaurant. Sehr empfehlenswert. liegt auf dem weg zum Kaputaș Beach oder am Patara Beach.. preisleistung super für die tolle Qualität die man bekommt. With nine of us traveling together, it's not always easy to find a place that feels like home — but your villa was perfect in every way. The setting was stunning, and the warmth and care you put into every detail made such a difference. We spent so many wonderful hours by the amazing pool, laughing and relaxing together — memories we'll cherish for a long time. Group of 9 all had a great time. Amazing place - amenities were fantastic. The pool, sauna and kids pool were excellent. Recommend heating the pool if travelling out of summer - for €40 a day the pool was very comfortable to swim. Very clean and easy to get around from the villa. Highly recommended!
