El apartmento es cómodo, muy limpió y amplio para 4 personas. La zona nos pareció agradable y tranquila. Además está bien conectada, la estación de metro está cerquísima. Lo único que no nos gustó es no poder regular nosotros el termostato de la calefacción.

We stayed at Karolinas apartment for 7 months and she was a wonderful host. She quickly addressed any problems. For example, we locked our keys in the apartment. I texted her and a new set of keys were promptly delivered. The apartment itself is super comfortable. Great furniture and appliances and we enjoyed the outdoor balcony. I would highly recommend renting from Karolina and this apartment specifically. We have no complaints and our stay was wonderful. Thank you Karolina!

We would have cleaned the dishes we used but could not find the dish soap. Great place!

Ledys were extremely sweet and kind. The apartment was beautiful, communication was great and easy and location was perfect. my next trip to chicago, I know where I’ll be staying!

The apartment had everything we needed. It was walkable to restaurants, had everything we needed to cook, had a very thorough binder with local suggestions. The apartment was cute and comfortable. Two things stood out to me that are very important when I stay at an air Bnb - it didn’t smell like fragrances or chemicals and the beds (and couch) were comfortable. After checking out I thought I had left something in the apartment and sharon was very responsive and helpful.

Wonderful place and I was glad that all matched what the pictures showed. Very cute space and I liked the kitchen plates, great quality! Will definitely stay here again.

Sean's unit was wonderful! The kitchen had all the appliances we needed! As a daily cook, that made every day easier! There is a TV in both rooms plus a TV in the living room; all of which are HD. I especially loved the Bluetooth amenities! Being able to listen to my favorite podcasts while in the shower was a truly special experience! We loved all of the LED mood lighting in each room. It gave a very cozy feel at the end of the day. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Chicago in the future.

This is definitely a gem in the middle of the South Suburbs. The place was really decorated nice, made us feel comfortable and right at home. Erica is a really great host and she is very attentive to any concerns we may have had during our stay. The neighborhood was really quiet and there was a park right on the corner for me to walk my puppy every morning. You will be pleased with this one. I recommend this place to anyone that wants to get away from the hustle and bustle of the big city and wants to enjoy quiet Suburban surroundings. I would definitely stay again, in fact I plan to.

This is a great house to stay for a family or two couples. Out of several ABNBs, this one gets the award for most clean. There is a fairly new Italian restaurant, Il Girasole Trattoria, that is walk-able and delicious. You will not be disappointed with your stay.

Delbert’s place was nice, and Delbert was a good host. Would definitely stay again.

Tom’s place felt right at home! Spacious backyard, quiet neighborhood, and he’s very friendly. Responded right away with any questions or comments we had! 10/10 recommend anyone to stay here if available!

Wonderful experience. Responsive hosts, charming house, comfortable gathering spaces, well-stocked kitchen, great beds, easy walk to Main St. Hosted a Christmas Eve celebration there with extended family, many coming from out-of-state (and country) as well as from Sun City, and it couldn't have been better. Five stars and happy memories!

This rental perfectly served our needs for a one month stay visiting family in Downers Grove. Everything was as described. Here are a few things future renters will appreciate knowing: • This location will work best if you have a car. • To be able to watch TV, we needed to use an on-line service for which we have our own paid subscription. If there was a way to access local Chicago stations without a paid service, we could not figure it out. • You will likely need to read the directions in the owner’s guide to figure out how to set the thermostat to your preferred temperature. • The unit would work best for four or fewer people, as the dining table is in the kitchen and only has room to easily seat four people. However, the living room is large and could potentially be used as an overflow seating area if there were more diners. • If you plan to spend time in downtown Chicago, it is probably best to take the train from the Belmont Metra station. Day parking is $3.

The condo is exceptional, very well furnished and very spacious. It is conveniently located in Geneva with easy access to restaurants, shopping, etc.. There were only four of us staying there, but I think it could sleep ten. Unfortunately the weather was chilly and we could not enjoy the expansive screened-in porch which would be fantastic in warmer weather. The price was a little expensive but was reasonable for the space and accommodations, and would be a great deal for six or eight. If we can get to Geneva again we would definitely book this condo again.

The place was well kept and spacious enough for 6 people. It was easy to access the building and get picked up. The neighborhood seemed safe and quiet!

This was a great place to stay while in town with friends for a weekend! Walkable to great restaurants and shops, and the place was extremely clean and filled with natural light. Comfy beds and good shower pressure. Would stay again!

This place was great from the balcony to the fenced in area behind the house. Parking was easy and free on the side streets. The retro appliances really stood out in the kitchen. Wonderful are for dogs to go out easily and safe to be able to walk them. A few parks nearby. Great place to stay with lots to do within walking distance.

We really enjoyed our three nights in Matt's roomy upstairs apartment. Great to have a space in his garage; the car stayed parked there while we took the blue line downtown each day. It was an easy 10 minute walk to the Logan Square station. If you're flying into or out of O'Hare, it would be convenient, since the airport is the last stop on the blue line.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean, roomy, comfortable and well equipped. The location was very convenient for our short stay to attend a wedding. The host was super responsive and helpful, making the booking process a breeze! We will certainly rebook again next time we are in town; highly recommend!

Lauren’s condo is nestled in a quiet peaceful neighborhood. It is an ideal location for us just a 12 minute walk from our family’s condo. It is within walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, and shopping. Lauren was very responsive to any questions. The condo is pleasing and tastefully decorated. Her condo was clean with a comfortable bed and bed linens. We love the neighborhood and look forward to our next visit.
