The home was so very nice. It was very spacious and had so many areas to hang out in. The outdoor sitting areas was so relaxing. Thankfully the weather was nice and we were able to sit out on the front porch and enjoy the very peaceful neighbor hood. There was a sitting area in the backyard - which while we didn’t use it, was very nice. My son couldn’t wait to use the hot tub. He said it was so relaxing! The beds were super comfortable. Having 3 bathrooms was nice as well. We had my husband’s parents with us - who are over 80 and having a first floor bedroom was wonderful. We like to cook and had pretty much everything we needed to prepare all of our meals. The table in the dining room easily fit all eight in our group because the table had a leaf in it! The kitchen was spacious and allowed everyone to participate in food prep without feeling like you were walking on top of each other. I would definitely stay at this home again.

Having stayed at this condo complex in the past, I have to say that Unit 110 is probably the nicest and most comfortable. It was quiet, clean and so comfortable. The view from the first level windows feels like you are in a cruise ship. Debbie the manager does a great job communicating and arranging winery transportation at a reasonable rate.

The house was very roomy and well laid out. We loved all the windows that looked out on a beautiful yard in a quiet neighborhood. The shelves were well stocked, and the host provided useful kitchen and bathroom items, as well as books and games. The children made good use of the game room upstairs. The pool was clean, and we enjoyed relaxing on the deck. It was a wonderful place for our large family to stay.

Mary’s place was amazing!!! We booked it for a group of moms and daughters in town for a dance competition at Spire Academy (just a 5-minute drive away). It was the perfect spot for a girls’ getaway—spacious, extremely clean, well-stocked, and filled with fabulous amenities. (Our dancers loved the vanities and hot tub!) The customer service was the best I’ve ever received in an Airbnb or VRBO experience. There were so many thoughtful touches, right down to the stocked, delicious coffee beans, that made the whole stay feel truly special. I’m not usually one to write reviews, but this experience was so delightful, I couldn’t pass up the chance to brag about this perfect getaway home!

The accomodation felt much bigger than on the pictures. We liked that two of the three bedrooms do not have windows which meant it was pitch black for sleeping. The view on the lake is amazing. Be aware there is no coffee, shampoo and shower gel available. There is plenty of towels, spices, toilet paper, hand soap. We also enjoyed the swimming pool, very warm and we had it just for ourselves. The unit is on level -1 same as the swimming pool so it's easy to access and great when you have forgotten something. We had a great time and would go there again if we're in the area.

Enjoyed my stay here. Matched the description. Clean comfortable. Would’ve Loved to had enjoyed all the amenities but we were out of season. The Nintendo 64 was nice nostalgic touch, greatly appreciated. Overall, great stay would recommend and would stay again.

Perfect place for a girl’s weekend! House was done up super cute. Spent the majority of the time in the hot tub, which the weather was just the right kind of chilly for. Would love to be here when the pool was open and warmer weather to chill and eat outside. We didn’t get around to building a fire, but the pit area was nice. We ate all our meals out. Some good restaurants like Driftwood Point, Mary’s Diner, & The Farmer Butcher Chef Bistro. Wish we could have stayed an extra day or two!!!

We really enjoyed our stay! It had everything we needed. The view of the lake was even more beautiful in person with a great sunset view. We will definitely stay here again when in the area!

Bill is the super host of super hosts. Despite some trying circumstances for each of us, he was the epitome of grace, kindness, friendliness, and caring. He really makes me feel like family. Me and my dogs. I felt so welcome in such an amazing house. Bill thank you as always.

This was a perfect place for an extended stay in the area. Very spacious, beautiful and serene decor, and plenty of amenities provided. Lisa was an excellent host.

We enjoyed our 3 night getaway! The private beach was incredible. We enjoyed a peaceful time on the lake with our two dogs. - 85 inch TV in the family room for watching football - gas grill and blackstone for the barbecue - fire pit - beach supplies including 2 kayaks and life vests - comfortable master suite with jacuzzi tub - game room with pool table So much fun and many possibilities!

Adorable home in a great location ! Within walking distance to Walnut Beach and local restaurants and shops. No complaints here and plan to stay again in future trips made to Ashtabula !

Lovely welcome for us and for our little dog. We had bitter cold and lots of snow; Barry kept walks clear for us as well as clearing a swath of lawn for our little dog. We appreciated the filtered walter too.

We enjoyed our stay. House was spacious and comfortable. We appreciated the early check in. Close to shopping and restaurants. Pepperli was quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again when visiting our family.

What a wonderful stay at the Little Clubhouse! We had everything that we needed and it was a perfect location for us and our large dog. We hope to come back and highly recommend!

Crystal's place suited the needs of our group. The inside of the place was clean neat and tidy, and the outside definitely had a rustic feel. We had substantial rainfall during our stay (4-6in.) the area of the home is very flat with water easily accumulating, Crystal checked in to make sure we were OK and accommodated some of our needs beyond what her listing offers. Overall this is a great value with a great host if visiting the area.

Love this house! Clean and spacious. Looking forward to staying again. Host communication is top notch. Highly recommend.

Our stay at Trevor’s was extremely clean, quiet, and peaceful. The place looked as described and pictured in the listing. My dogs loved the fenced in backyard ! Pros: -Extremely clean especially the bathroom, house was as described, full fenced in backyard, nice neighborhood, high quality towels, high quality toilet paper, responsive host, open and clean garage, easy entry, giant bathtub, big driveway Cons: - No shampoo/Conditioner/Soap, when stepping out of the shower there is nothing to hold on to so if you are elderly or disabled this may pose an issue, the yard had previous animal waste in a bucket and not disposed of, mattress and bed frame was lower quality so it dipped and squeeked when moving around Overall our stay was positive and enjoyable, and if we are in the area for the future , we plan to book again! <3

Affordable and cozy 10/10

Randy is an amazing host. In my initial in-app message requesting a reservation, I let him know I was traveling back home to the Cleveland area for my aunt’s funeral and needing a place suitable for my family to stay. He replied immediately and offered his sincere condolences without even mentioning my reservation. That simple gesture of kindness made it feel much less like a business transaction and more like an interaction with extended family. Immediately afterwards I received confirmation of my booking. Clear, concise instructions arrived in a timely manner before both check-in and check-out. Everything was as expected. The home was lovely, in a clean, quiet neighborhood. It truly felt like home. I cannot recommend this host and this home enough. Thank you Randy for a great experience.
