Property consists of our primary residence with the rental being a separate and private "mother in law" home.

We are 5 minutes from Smuggler's Notch Ski area. 4 VT ski areas are close; Stowe 40 minutes, Sugarbush 70 minutes, Jay Peak 52 minutes & Bolton Valley 50 minutes. Our 4 bedroom, 2 bath home is great for families and quiet guests as it is nestled in a quiet neighborhood oasis. The backyard has plenty of space to enjoy the sunsets.

The cottage at East Shore Drive is right on Lake Champlain in St Albans Bay, Vermont. Nestled off of Hathaway Point, this lakeside retreat is a perfect place for a family or couple getaway. Located just 35 minutes north of Burlington and just over an hour away from Montreal, this home away from home provides a great homebase to enjoy a mixture of outdoor recreation with nearby city options.

Keeping true to its historic roots, the farmhouse offers modern amenities in a historic setting. A convenient location close to Jay Peak and Smuggler's Notch, and many Vermont and Quebec attractions within an easy drive. Swiss and Bloom wedding venue and Phoenix Manor are close by. The house is 6 bedrooms and sleeps 12 people.
