Ce logement est équipé de tout confort moderne et donne directement sur un parc privatif arboré, permettant de se détendre dans un véritable écrin de verdure. Stationnement gratuit à proximité du gîte et accès est indépendant.

Close to the Nogaro recetrack (10 km), Marciac and its Jazz festival (25 km), the vineyards of Madiran/St-Mont and Vic-Fezensac and its Tempo Latino festival (30km). Nautical bases at 10km. 1h30 from the Atlantic Ocean, the Basque Country and the Pyrenees.
