Ferienunterkünfte in Gheerulla

It's like a secret hideaway... Unlike many properties along the Blackall Range, there's no need to worry about road noise here. It's an adventure in itself to find one's way there (but the hosts gave good directions). Probably not the best place to stay if you want to make frequent trips to the "bright lights" of Maleny or beyond after dark.... But hey... it's a hideaway, so pack your car(s) full of food to nibble or cook and just luxuriate at Wren's Nest!

I took my three little girls on a last-minute getaway and we stayed at Nerine’s Villa 2, right next to the pool. It was perfect! The patio and fenced yard were ideal for the girls to run around and play safely. You can tell so much thought and care has gone into designing the villas, everything was absolutely beautiful and so relaxing. The villa was well stocked with all the essentials we needed, which we really appreciated and the location was super convenient, walking distance to everything. It was so refreshing to stay somewhere so thoughtfully done and picturesque. We’ll definitely be back and can’t wait for our next stay! Thank you Nerine!

The house was big and very accomodating for myself and guests also with a great pool! The location was amazing, only a few minutes walk to a cafe and also the beach. Will recommend to friends and family for future holidays.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement tout confort. très bien situé et proche de nombreuses activités. piscine chauffée et spa agréable. hôte très réactif avec informations claires et précises du début jusqu'à la fin.

‘The Tribe’….. was a beautiful find. Everything thought of and the most amazing cozy bed and luxe linen. Situated on the main road, but they’d thought of everything supplying earplugs (if needed)& directly across the road from peaceful Alex Heads beach!!!! It was magic from morning coffee to arvo tunes and drinks on the front outdoor deck. It was special just not long enough!!

Dorine and her Cobheart home let us feel right at home. It had everything we needed for the perfect girls R&R away with our own bedrooms. There's an extra kids play room which we thought was really cute and could be utilised in future for a family retreat. The beds were very comfortable. Great shower, indoor bath and an outdoor bath was a treat at night! Dorine's home made cookies and prosecco were delicious and a nice extra touch. We enjoyed the location to explore the national parks nearby, sunshine coast beaches and the Eumundi markets. We had such a relaxing time away and it was great to come home to watch a movie and play games. Thank you for such a comfortable stay! We will be back :)

The apartment was spotless and comfortable. Its close to the beach and wonderful beach walks although the beach isn't for toddlers or anyone that isn't a strong swimmer (at least at the time we visited). But it is close to shops and good food and everything else is a short drive away in the crazy but efficient motorways of the Sunshine Coast.

It was decorated with Love and Care and it showed and it enhanced our experience and we’ve already told lots of our friends and family and we will be back. Probably the best day I’ve ever had in Airbnb. Thank you
