Nice, comfortable and affordable place to stay. The room was clean and I had everything I needed. Anmol's response was very quick and made the whole stay super easy.

Prem and his family are consistently accommodating and responsive to requests. The rooms and bathrooms are well-maintained and adhere to high standards of cleanliness. The Backwoods retreat is a beautiful property located in the natural setting. The property was very well maintained and clean. The staff was very polite and helpful. They coordinated with us and guided us with the directions and assisted with luggage. Breakfast was complimentary was the food was very delicious. However, the accessibility to the property is difficult as the road is not yet completely built. For those travelling with their personal vehicle, its difficult to drive it back and forth from the property. Other than that, the property and the entire staff are very good.

sunil and his team was so co-operative. due to some reason we were unable to do check in on time. I got call from the hotel and I explained the situation. they were very helpful and we were able to do late check in and Manager Mukesh was there at midnight around 2 for receiving us. great example of service. it was just amazing experience and they also allowed us to do late check out. thanks Sunil and team, we will surely visit the place again.
