Pelican Place on Caddo Lake (Boat Ramp & Kayaks)

Quiet retreat by Caddo lake with private boat ramp. Launch your own boat, or use kayaks. Filming of the movie produced by M. Night Shyamalan "Caddo Lake" was seen from the waterfront of Pelican Place. The patio is perfect for grilling dinner while enjoying the beautiful scenery of Caddo Lake. The updated interior of the house has maintained its rustic charm; provides a complete kitchen, private bedroom & queen sleeper sofa in living room. This is a great place for a family or several couples that just want to get away from the stress of everyday life.

McCullin on Parks a secluded 20 acres

We welcome all guest into our charming four bedroom farmhouse decorated in French country. Enjoy privacy on this 20 acre gated property with plenty of parking space for vehicles and boats. Centrally located to all attractions in Bossier and Shreveport. I love to meet new people from diverse backgrounds. This is a new venture for me after retiring from working with children in special education. I enjoyed decorating this beautiful home and feel blessed to meet you on your journey of life.

The Cabin At Caddo Crossing

A log cabin situated on a bluff 30’ above the lake bank, this home captures the feel of an old-time fish camp, and is on the edge of a small village in NW Louisiana. The spacious back porch features a northwestern view, and sunsets are not to be missed. We take our name from the historic draw bridge and train trestle nearby, where today the sound of the trains echoing over the water adds to a quaint feeling to a time gone by. There is a free public boat dock about a quarter-mile away.

Cedar Treehouse on Cross Lake

Located on a 2 acre peninsula on Pine Island, this 450 sf treehouse is surrounded by 1400 feet of Cross Lake. Beautiful open water and cypress tree views epitomize Louisiana lake living. The treehouse has an open concept living area with a queen bed, claw foot tub and equipped kitchenette, with countertop oven/toaster, microwave, coffee pot, electric skillet, refrigerator and sink. It accommodates two adults, no children or pets. Two night minimum stay, no exceptions.

The Blue House on Cross Lake

This cottage was built circa 1926 on Cross Lake as the home for Lonnie Erwin who owned a catfish restaurant next to his home. Back in the day it was popular to drive up from Shreveport if they caught enough catfish to serve. The restaurant closed in the mid 1940s and it and the cottage fell into disrepair. We renovated the cottage and restaurant (also on Airbnb as The Red House on Cross Lake) and brought them up to date.
